Excellent service from beginning to end. I have purchased curtains - I have asked for a few quotes - Rachelle has revised the offer a few times providing visibility on what is to be delivered without being salesy, trying to push for the higher price. She has offered fexibility in installing the curtains (I had to cancel once) and John (the person installing the curtains) did an amazing job - he also fixed one of my old blinds without being asked for. Through the whole purchasing process all of the Volpe representatives have shown nothing but professionalism and respect.

Rachelle asked a few questions to begin with about the look I was after, type and colour of fabrics and brought some beautiful samples to choose from. I was so impressed with her professionalism and the ideas she came up with which helped me immensely with the final decision. She suggested a practical solution for an "impossible " window frame and after 10 years of having a bare bedroom window, I now have gorgeous curtains in the colour and fabric of my choice.
John the installer was equally professional and an expert in his trade. He left the two rooms looking neat and tidy and even made a last minute adjustment as he wasn't entirely happy with the finished look.

Rachelle visited our new home prior to completion and quoted for curtains and shutters. She came again to meet us onsite and delivered samples for us to keep whilst we made a decision on curtain fabrics. She was a extremely professional and friendly. Our newly purchased apartment by the water needed renovating to update the look. With the help of Volpe Curtains/Blinds and their designer the “Wow” factor was created to give it a completely different feel. Their design expertise for colour/materials and fabric created an amazing palette. They are a very professional service with an extensive choice of fabrics. I love the sheer curtains from Volpe Curtains and Blinds. They are a great fit for our house and they sit perfectly just above the floor. The consultant gave us a few options to consider with prons and cons, very honest rather than trying to sell and make money. It only took a few weeks from the first appointment to the installation.
