Such lovely welcoming staff, and found the right piece for me! If you are looking for trustworthy honest shop to get the right crystals you need! This is the shop! If you have the chance and time to do a psychic reading just out the front with Faye, is so worth doing! She is passionate, funny, and very welcoming lady, she was spot on with certain things I was seeking and made me feel a whole lot better in where I needed to go from there! Lovely experience both crystal shop and psychic reading!

Great shop...BUT will not refund an unwanted layby...only store credit. No policy notice in sight regarding this matter. It's a shame. Spoils what could have been a good shopping experience and potential repeat trade. Will inform friends and wont shop there again. Sad to see greed for money opposing good customer service.
