Nespresso Boutique Robina

It’s not often I review retail businesses but I would like to take the time to recommend the customer service experience I always have at Nespresso, Robina with Richie. He is like a ray of sunshine yet highly efficient, extremely intelligent (emotionally and actually) and I always leave the store with a smile on my face. I have attended Nespresso Robina and many other Nespresso stores around Australia, and honestly many other retail stores in general including at the luxury level all around Australia and Internationally and the level of customer service I receive when dealing with Richie is unparalleled. His positive attitude, overall efficiency and the ability to know what I want and need without me saying a word is at the 6 star level and rarely seen in customer service so I believe it is important to recognise.

Richie is definitively a perfect example of a delivering a flawless customer service experience.

If only we could clone him.

I came into Nespresso yesterday and was served by Elena. I've been coming in for years and have not experienced such a genuine and welcoming interaction in a long time. Outstanding customer service, not only professional, but also down-to-earth. Great product knowledge and a clear passion for coffee. Well done Nespresso and Elena, I'll be coming back!

I used to order my pods in, but now I go here for them. Very convenient when I have other shopping to do at Robina Town Centre Mall. Just wondering though, 🤔Is it a cultivated image, or just a plain, not friendly atmosphere in this boutique? 😶 I mean, you're only selling coffee pods! Every time I walk into Nespresso Robina, I just want to buy my pods and go! After all that's what I'm there for. However, a bit of cheerful PR from staff may help to build a better atmosphere.

I go into Nespresso Robina regularly and all the workers there are so friendly. The worker Jack goes above and beyond to come meet my intellectual and/or physically disabled clients and make sure they get everything they need at Nespresso.

Thank you Nespresso for the great coffee and thank you Jack for going above and beyond in your workplace.

My husband and I went in to buy some small coffee pods for our old KitchenAid Nespresso machine.

We received superb service from various staff members. We loved the sample coffee experience. Even though the shop was exceedingly busy, due to 4 out of the 10 staff off sick, the remaining staff did a fabulous job of looking after us, and what we saw, looking after everyone else too!
Great teamwork!

We enquired about the Virtuo coffee machines. The Information was excellent! And after careful thought and discussion, we bought a Virtuo coffee machine, the Barista milk frother, and a good selection of coffee pods.

We’ve been using our new appliances every day for over a week now, trying out the different recipes and techniques.
Just brilliant!! Great fun!

What a great way to enjoy superb coffee!

My first experience at Nespresso😊 I picked up a click and collect order and found the lady who served me, attentive and pleasant. I was given a welcome pack and while talking about my purchase she suggested a tasting of a few different blends of coffee. I then had the chance to chat to the barista and sample various blends according to my tastes. Excellent service and great Staff. 5 ⭐

Working in customer service can be one of the most challenging jobs in todays new era; yet rewarding for both parties when handled properly.

I truthfully cannot give enough praise to Nicole the store manager for resolving the issue with my Nespresso machine.

To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Upon initial presentation I was made to feel at ease, given my time to explain the situation and presented with a perfect solution that worked for both parties with the up most professionalism, yet friendliness I’ve ever received when truthfully the situation at hand was not an easy task.

Personally working in customer service within the luxury car industry for many years I was blown away with the level of service I received that late Sunday afternoon, a time when most people would have wanted to just pass you off onto a head office phone call.

Nespresso Australia, I hope you read these reviews and give recognition where it’s due because this is definitely the moment.

I must also add that Gabby the initial sales consultant stuck with us for the whole ride and also did an amazing job handling the situation like a true professional.

Your entire store presented extremely well, staff polite, friendly and organised - whilst products displayed beautifully.

Always great customer service with Nespresso. Yummy coffee. My machine has already paid itself off now I’m not paying $5 for a coffee every morning.
I had a small technical issue with my machine. I contacted 24/7 support and they resolved the issue instantly. They even sent me a special gift of coffee for the inconvenience.

Excellent customer service, everyone is friendly, polite and helpful. I tried a few coffees and they showed and explained about the options that I was looking for. Way better than buy online. Totally recommend.

Exceptional customer service by staff member (Ayisha?) who not only personally delivered our coffee order when the courier failed to collect it, but also included a gift of extra sleeves, a bag and notebook. Very friendly and great initiative.

The beautiful team at Robina Nespresso always go above and beyond, from the warm genuine greeting to the knowledge of product catering the transaction to my palette, I always have such a positive experience at this store. Keep up the good work
