I just moved from WA and needed a dentist. I choose Harbour town dental only because it is close to home. I will not be going anywhere else. The dentist has a Hampton style feel which was calming for me, because I really don’t like going to the dentist. The office staff are polite and amazingly helpful and Dr Reema is fantastic at her job and very professional but at the same time caring and compassionate.

Dr Choudhari is so gentle and caring highly recommend if your an anxious patient in the chair. The reception girls are also great and always follow up my treatments with a courtesy call 10 star service by harbour town dental!

First time to see Dr Reema, was very nervous as I have had a broken jaw .I couldn't believe how gentle and caring Dr Reema was best clean and scale from any dentist on the Gold Coast. I highly recommend this dentist surgery, thanks to all the wonderful staff Pania ,Rachael and all the wonderful team at Harbour Town dentist.
I feel relieved now I have found the perfect dentist that I can trust ,great prices .

Fantastic Dental office! How often can you say that?! We found the staff friendly and accommodating, and the service extremely professional and personal. Quick and easy x-rays, cleaning, fluoride and advice. Great for kids too. Our family will definitely be back.

Harbourtown Dental is a 10/10 dental practice. My wife, kids and i have been coming here for a little while now and absolutely love it there. Everyone is so caring and friendly from the reception and nurses. The dentists are amazing too. Gentle and they bring my nerves to ease.

Did i mention amazing with my two young kids as well.

I reccommend them to anyone and everyone needing a general clean or any other work. They are the perfect family dentist.

I would never see another dentist. Dr Shoaib is and has been SO good with me. My biggest fear is the dentist and the first time I saw him I was a complete mess. Crying and having a panic attack. He was so patient with me. He has helped my fear massively and ensures I am as comfortable as possible. Stopping as much as I need, which luckily for the both of us is very little now!

I’ve been going to Harbourtown Dental for almost a decade now, and seen quite a few dentists there over there years. While all have been nice and professional, I’m very grateful now for the care and dentistry expertise of Dr Reema.

She’s so very kind, and gentle, and always so patient in waiting for numbing gel to work and only then applying anesthetic injections. It might seem a small thing to some, but I’ve had dentists rush to start a procedure without showing the care and patience to wait for everything to be nice and numb. Going to see a dentist can be quite a traumatic experience for some people…. but she has such a calming presence, and is regularly checking in go see how the procedure is going, and whether further pain relief is needed.

I think that if you’ve found the dentist to be a traumatic experience in the past, have a low pain tolerance, or just are generally anxious about having dental work performed, you’ll feel safe and at ease with Dr Reema. She’s kind and patient, and would be perfect for those with a dread of dentistry and need a gentle touch.

Really good dentist!
I was scared to get treatment before I came here because I'm a foreigner and have language barrier. But the dentist is really kind and gentle, he explained with easy words and the treatment was so quickly and not painful.
Also, there is a lady who can speak Japanese, she helped me a lot.

First time I went to dentist in Australia. Pania who is receptionist really nice and warm, she can speak Japanese. I went to there because crown came off. Dr Shoaib filled up and checked to make sure that bite feeling is okay again and again.I really appreciated he checked again and again until feels normal. Now my teeth are all white and obviously feeling awesome when I bite something :)

Hi we started using Harbour Town Dental last year. My wife is on 24 hour oxygen so it was important to us that we found someone that was gentle and caring. These people are fantastic dentists. They do a great job for myself my son and my wife was treated like a queen. Give them a go you won't be sorry. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us.

I have just finished having some long overdue dental work and the service that I have received was exemplary.

From the kind reminders beforehand, the treatment itself and the courtesy call the day after treatment, I could not fault the team at all.

This is undoubtedly the best dental practice I have ever been to! The whole team is friendly, welcoming and very professional. I am moving to Brisbane in the near future and will happily travel the hour plus journey down to continue my care at this practice. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I have been to Harbourtown Dental for several years, and I can definitely highly recommend going there. Dr Shoaib has taken over the practice since my last appointment last year. I can't thank him enough for the time he took to listen, and understand where I explained I experienced sensitivity with my teeth. Dr Shoaib is very personable, friendly and immediately when you meet him and his team, you know that they will all take care of you well, and any nervousness disappears. I was also impressed the following day when I received a call from their practice to ask how I went with my appointment the previous day. Very caring practice, personable and definitely great to have excellent customer service, where you felt valued and listen to. The prices are great as well.

The service at Harbourtown Dental is impeccable. The staff here are super friendly and welcoming. Dr Shoaib is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and cares about his clients. He takes the time to explain the procedures and ensure you are comfortable. He also picked up on something that my previous dentists have missed and removed the cement left on my teeth from braces almost ten years ago! I highly recommend this dental practice.

The Team at Harbour Town Dental are very professional and take pride in what they do. I required urgent Dental Treatment and the team were diligent in making sure they could fit me in the following day.
