We purchased a 5 metre umbrella from Super Shade Umbrellas in June 2021 and could not be happier with it. Not only is it an excellent product, made very well with what appears to be extremely good quality material but it also works as claimed.
It looks fantastic, is absolutely fit for purpose and is very functional and easy to manage.
Not only were Michael and Heidi very pleasant to deal with, the knowledge of the product was second to none.
What also made dealing with this company such a nice experience was that what they said they would do, they did without issue and did it exactly how and WHEN they said that they would.

From the initial contact with Heidi, who gave us a demonstration at the showroom, and explained the workings of the umbrella to us in detail. As part of the process Michael then visited our home and worked with us to decide on the best possible location. Reece then prepared the site and installed the concreted base.
