Brought a bike from elsewhere. But took it to PHs. Was treated like a returning customer! Dealt with Dav in the workshop mostly. He’s unreal. Thorough and attention to detail is top shelf. Will return & recommend.

I was on the hunt for a new saddle and the last thing I wanted was to be that guy on the Facebook marketplace, offloading a “barely sat on” saddle. Went in to look at pedals and shoes for my bike. Straight of the bat received a welcome and Peter asked if I needed help he took me through everything I needed to know and went from the beginner level to the more experienced rider. After deciding on what I wanted he ran through how to fit cleats to shoes how to clip shoes into pedals I left knowing I was given the right advice to get the product I wanted. You have won me I’ll be back to get a bike fit and anything else that I need for my riding. Thanks heaps mate.

I walked into Pedalheads quite nervous, having had a very negative and frustrating experience with another bike shop on a previous purchase. I need not have been nervous though, as I couldn’t be more stoked with the experience I received.

Lana was fantastic, answered/clarified any of my questions/understandings. As I sit on the cusp of two frame sizes, I was encouraged to test both to uncover which would suit me best. I was guided through the myriad of accessories and put together a very relevant package, with genuine advice provided, not just an add-on style pitch/shovelling of bits into my arms, as I’ve experienced elsewhere.

I was surprised but excited to learn that the model I had my eye on was in stock, and they were able to put it together for me, having it available for me to take home later the same day! As Lana was busy when I arrived to collect that evening, I was assisted by the other lady (whose name I didn’t catch, I apologise!) at the front desk who was equally as helpful and guided me through the questions I’d forgotten to ask in the morning as well as an overview of the bike itself.

It should be noted that I was in first thing, and picked up almost at close - for this, I’d say it was somewhat fortuitous that I was in early, and lucky they had the time to turn it around on this particular day.

The result is a bike that I’m thrilled with, that rides like a dream, that suits my needs, and will give me countless hours and kms of enjoyment!

My expectations on availability of stock, the lead time/turnaround, and the service I could expect were completely blown out of the water - I’m extremely appreciative of Pedalheads’ efforts and look forward to my next visit!

I would like to say a big thank you to Jason,Lana, Richard and all the Staff at Pedalheads for their professional and excellent service. I'm from Sydney, drove up for 12 hours to pick up my Specialized Tarmac SL7. Spent 3 hours there but it was sooo worth it! Jason with extensive knowledge and expertise did a 5 star job on my bike with all fittings!. I'm so glad I bought the bike there. I would highly recommend Pedalheads to anyone in a heartbeat .

Great experience hiring a couple of Specialized ebikes from this shop while i was visiting Brisbane. Bikes were immaculate and perfectly set up. Most times you hire a bike there are issues with shifting, tire pressure etc but these were perfect. The mechanics and other staff there obviously take real pride in their work. Thanks Pedalheads.

Amazing customer service from interstate. Never walked into this store in my life or dealt with anyone there and I was treated like family from start to finish with a big purchase. My wife and I have bought several bikes over the years through AvantiPlus North Brisbane, our latest being a 2015 Scott Addict team issue and a 2014 Scott Solace 10. We have always received good service from Howard and the team. We put both our Scott’s in for major services in store. After one year, over 10,000km and the good servicing my bike feels as good if not better than when I first bought it.
We are also regulars at the coffee shop, attached to the store, as we stop there after most of our rides. Again the service is always friendly and the drinks and food are great.
I can’t see a reason not to go back.

Just picked up my new Specialized bike from here, and they had it ordered, shipped and built ready for pickup in 3 days! Customer service was phenomenal and although I only purchased an entry level bike, I was still treated with much respect. Thanks guys! You made my Saturday morning ride THE GREATEST!

I have reached out to Pedalheads from interstate to inspect, package and post a bike I was buying online. Their level of support for what could be seen as a small- gain job has been unbelievable, and I would like to make it clear that if this is how they treat their small customers then Pedalheads should be considered for all things bike related.
If I am buying or servicing a bike is Brisbane, I am going to see these guys.

Have just bought a “ first adult bike” for our 12 year old .Great experience. Daniel took the time and showed real attention to detail in making sure it was set up and adjusted perfectly for him - while still making it fun and sharing in his enthusiasm . Couldn’t be happier.
