And because of car accident have hip replacement and one leg is longer that the other. Very good friendly get results

13/12/23 The rating if for the policy they have in place. That is, if you are sick and cancel they will charge you a fee of $50. It doesn’t matter that for you to turn up for appt could lead to infecting staff and others or to even put yourself in danger getting to your appt.
Of course if you had these conditions 24hrs earlier and rang to cancel then you don’t get charged.
I would give both Carly and Tom 5 star ratings as they are both professionals and helpful and friendly.
My rating is based on the policy of the practice and the receptionist Pam who didn’t even stop to say something like sorry you are not well, but went straight away in asking for payment.
Tash on the other hand is genuinely friendly.
