RedShed Arts Workshop

Just booked up for the six-week Colour Mixing workshop at RedShed. This follows the end of Free-Form Sculpture, and Printing with Styrofoam Workshops. These Workshops, tutored by talented, established and experienced artists — the adjectives could go on — were terrific value at Newstead RedShed. The small group of fellow-students is like-minded, local (collaboration, friendship, sharing), apparently ego-less, and generous. I learned fresh, unique techniques, enough to keep my modest practice busily inventive for a year, and more. I’m hoping there’ll be enough of these affordable Workshops at RedShed to keep me artistically on the ball for the rest of the year and beyond. SH, Blue Umbrella Studio, Maldon
