Daly Head - Bush Campground

Daly Head Campground offers a spacious and scenic retreat, with ample room to roam and enjoy the beautiful beach and stunning sunset views. At $20 a night and booking through the Yorke Peninsula website.

This has to be my favourite little spot on the Yorke BY FAR! We didn’t stay at the campground but did stop to see the magnificent White Hut Beach. I was blown away by how beautiful this place was! I’ve never seen a beach that blue before! I could have stayed there for hours and just taken in the view. A must see spot for sure!

One of our favourite bush camping zone. Dog friendly, 2 toilets, and a picnic area. Drive to the campsite easy however recommended with 4 WD. 2WD car will get you there after 15min good shake through the unsealed road. Camping is free but permit is required.

Incredible spot for camping. You pay a bush camping permit fee online & I believe all the sites are first in best dressed. All of the campsites are lovely, campers here are very friendly. There is a set of wooden stairs that lead down to the beach where you can go for a swim or spot some dolphins.

No toilet paper or bin provided in the bathroom.

Great off the grid camp ground. Toilets available with a new one currently being installed. Lovely beach for swimming and surfing, good fishing 🎣 a some great views 😁👍

Great campsite, big camp areas with bush between them giving you a secluded feel. We spent nearly a week there leading upto new years, decent sized long drop toilet but no bins, they're located at Gleesons Landing camp site, does have usable rainwater on site. Great views, great beaches and great sunsets. Be prepared for bees. Shop at Marion Bay isn't too far away for ice reloads.

Stayed here overnight on a Monday night (small car, swag and gazebo). Arrived mid-afternoon; plenty of spaces. I really liked it. Each space is made quite private by the bushes between each site. Long drop was cleaner than most. Had a great time. Beautiful beaches everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it so much we stayed a extra night... early birds get the ocean views.... waves and water magnificent and beautiful beach.. worth the many stairs to get there... toilet well maintained just carefully of bees

Echo most reviews on here, large camp area with vegetation in between for some privacy, 10k or so of dirt road to access, Last small section corrugated. Could get normal car and caravan down. Single composting toilet for whole site. No bins unfortunately. Best view to wake up to. We seen dolphins twice in 3 days

Don’t miss this campsite. Please explore the sand dunes and rock pool nearby. You will see an amazing sunset from this campsite.

Great place loved will definitely be going back, campgrounds are set out really well. We brought our dog had no trouble, highly recommend

Lieu incroyable avec une super vue sur la plage !
On a pu nager proche des dauphins le matin !!!
Accès au campground assez facile, ne nécessite pas forcément un 4WD mais la route secoue un peu sur la dernière portion.

Seuls points négatifs: par moment pas mal de vent et de mouches !
