Billy T Cafe

While driving to Gloucester, I stumbled upon this charming little café, and I'm so glad I did—it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The food was absolutely sensational, and the customer service was wonderful. I even made sure to stop by again for breakfast on the way back. Do yourself a favor and check this place out—you won't be disappointed. Thanks again, guys! Keep up the amazing work. :)

What a great cafe! The coffee was made well using Single O coffee in a quality LaMarzocco machine. it was made well, and taste was very good. The breakfast menu had a great selection and I bought the staple bacon and egg roll on turkish roll. The food was great. So good to have such a pleasant atmosphere, quality coffee, good food at reasonable prices in a small town. Highly recommend. Great job guys.

What a delightful experience! We were passing through with our Huskies on a road trip. The people were so friendly and welcoming, and the food and coffee was delicious and made with love. Thank you for a memorable experience!!

Called in for a quick snack and a coffee. Lovely service, tasty food and great value. We had ham and cheese toasties, skinny cap and a chai latte, all served very quickly, with friendly chat and info about area. Great place to break up your trip.

We were passing through and stopped for breakfast. So tasty, fresh and lovely. Staff were friendly and very helpful. This is for sure a place to pop in and have a bite. The coffee was just the way I like it, strong but not tooo…strong.

Lovely little cafe with friendly staff and excellent coffee, juices and pastries. Open 6am through to 5pm too - love cafes that don’t close at 3! Aircon indoors and shady outdoor seating. They also do banh mi rolls and all sorts of sandwiches and light meals. Recommended!

We recently visited Billy T cafe after a trip inland back to the coast. We were desperate for a coffee and feeling hopeless because it was 4pm. When we drove past Billy T Cafe and saw they were open until 5pm, it was a huge relief. We gathered the kids and walked in. The staff were very switched on and had great service.

The coffee was the best coffee that my husband and I have had from a cafe in about 5 years. Well done Billy T Cafe, you’ve outdone all your competitors from Lake Macquarie and Newcastle.

We decided to add on a milkshake each for the kids, their first time too. We enjoyed the silence.

We may visit again one day, but if you’re passing through I highly recommend.

I had both breakfast and lunch at Billy T. The coffee is excellent and the food was always delicious. The eggs were beautiful and fluffy, BLT was perfect (I added avo, because dah), and for lunch I had the Chicken Bahn Mi with peanut sauce. Perfect portion sizes and flavour combos. It's like a Darby Street experience out in the bush! Such wonderful and friendly staff too, always happy to give tips and advice about exploring the area. They try to source as much of their produce locally as possible too which is awesome, and they have a bunch of great artwork up on the walls for sale and some beautiful cards made by a local teen artist too so I bought a few :)
Staying at the airbnb behind Billy T was cosy and super convenient. Beds were comfy, modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge room for a late night movie. There was even a fire pit out the back but it wasn't cold enough to fire up on this trip. Kev kindly took us out to the new gin distillery, Farmer's Wife for an afternoon which was only a 15/20 minute drive down the road. Will DEFINITELY be staying again.

Great cafe in the middle of Stroud village. Great coffee and food with very friendly service. Our regular stop whenever we are in Stroud.
If you are on your way to Riverwood Downs, factor in a stop at Billy T on your way.

The bacon and egg roll was amazing, the egg was soft but not runny, the bacon was perfect and there was plenty of it and the Turkish roll was so fresh! The coffee was excellent as well!

Very pleasant stop in Stroud. Nice burgers, wraps, specials etc. coffee looked good although I had a milkshake.

I always come here on my breaks from work and absolutely love it. The food is good and the price is worth what you get. The style of the place is beautiful. Definitely recommend Billy T's to visitors and locals ❤

Absolutely 💯 fantastic Cafe to come to if you have any food allergies. I can not eat anything from and mammal and they accommodated me just like that. Staff are so friendly and I highly recommend having lunch here. Chicken burgers are to die for. It's a must stop in stroud.

Superb Cafe. Great menu. WiFi. Cool quiet spacious interior. I had the Turkish toasted turkey and brie and cranberry. And fresh apple, pineapple and ginger juice. Delightful friendly staff too.
