McDonald's - East Wagga Wagga

Wanted to thank a young man for the absolute best customer service I've experienced from McDonald's anywhere in the world. I believe he was probably the night manager. He knew I was pretty weary after a long drive and made my long day so much better by his friendliness, professionalism and authenticity. Outstanding.

Best and nicest staff I have ever met, they never forget the aioli wraps, told me to have a great day, just love the atmosphere❤❤

Fast food at its best, even with a special order was spot on

Food served hot and efficient even during the Easter week holiday, enjoy our meal there.

Depends what crew is on, but my first time being in that branch (Jan.8 2023 Sunday) for brunch, my wife asked a crew member for a table number. The male service attendant did a cursory look over the counter and told my wife no number available and suggested she ask another crew member, then left. Anyway, food service was prompt and made properly. Very conveniently located next to the petrol station with good toilets. I like the location as it's just near the roundabout. Small parking spaces though.

The Supervisor served us this morning and hubby told her of her dissatisfaction at other Maccas when he ordered his toasting. She went out of her way to make sure it was exactly 💯 right.

The staff are always friendly and provide amazing customer service aswell as making me feel I’m not just a number but a valued customer. All the management are great role models and an asset and the staff are always so welcoming and I thank them for making it a joy to purchase from that Mcdonalds time and again. Thankyou for providing an amazing service and offering a little joy in a stressful world.😊

Always good friendly service, store is clean,Bathroom is clean, food is always fresh , plenty of parking.

This is the only McDonald's in town that can get the order right every single time! Great staff with quick service. Food is fresh and always all in the bag (including serviettes and cutlery) when heading through drive through. Worth the little extra trip than being messed around by the other stores, and there's rarely a wait!

Very busy on Christmas Day, though reasonably fast service and good customer service.

Never thought I would review a Mcdonald’s however everyone was commenting on how nice the person who served us was - possibly an assistant manager as we went through DT, she should be commended for her customer service

This McDonald's is not just fast food. It's great good with terrific servic.
With the charm of country service and the most delicious big Mac I have had the pleasure of eating in my entire life - you just can't to wrong

My rating is for service, as i walked in, ordered face to face with the person at the counter, received my order from the cafe and was out in the carpark waiting for the driver who was still in the drive through holding bay, who had pre ordered on an app 15 mins before we arrived. Yay for using your legs, walking into the resturant and real people communication service with a smile- we win on this occasion.

Cleanliness of the store
Crew members polite and friendly atmosphere and always get my order right, if not there is no trouble with them fixing it up.

Service was great and great food travelled the world and been to a lot of McDonald’s and this was the best one.

Good all round

Clean and well presented McDonalds. Staff went extra mile to assist with heating a baby bottle. A must stop off place when travelling longer k’s.

Went to this Macca's for breakfast, had 3 egg and bacon muffins with a large orange juice, tasted very nice, unfortunately due to the pandemic, no more morning newspapers
