Vinnie is the most professional yet approachable trainer. His one on one training approach yields results incredibly fast. I started training to improve an injury and will continue to see Vinnie to work on other elements of my fitness working out of a great private facility with the best personal training rates I've ever seen, Mission Beach is lucky to have him.
