Bells Estate Great Ocean Road Cottages

We had a great two nights in the Valley View studio which was cozy and comfortable. The property is beautiful and a great place for a stroll with our two small dogs. Close to great beaches for long walks, Bells Estate Cottages is the perfect location. Our host, Terry, was friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids for a week in the cottage. Plenty of room for us all, rooms neat and tidy. Owner of the property is welcoming. Great place to relax at the end of day exploring. Would highly recommend

We had a great time! Our toddler loved meeting the animals and playing on all the play equipment. We loved the giant spa bath and wood fire. Terry was very hospitable. A fantastic weekend away! Highly recommend.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating to your needs. The house itself is extremely clean and well looked after. Pool is lovely and the spa bath is very relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home surprised our daughter for her 18th birthday and she absolutely loved it. Lovely big spa and fireplace was so cosy. The pony coffee was adorable and we just loved Al and paca😅 our host Terry was wonderful the property was perfect thank you for allowing us to stay. We will be back.

I stayed overnight here in the 2 bedroom cabin and it was the most wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and cozy. They thought of every detail from the umbrella at the front door to the football by the outdoor bbq in the back yard. Beautiful country feel with a pony and alpacas roaming. I wish it was a longer stay, very sad to leave. Thoroughly reccomend staying here. Pet friendly too.
