BFG dog care

I took my Saint Bernard to Sally for the first time and I have never seen my boy so well groomed, shiny and fluffy, and he smells absolutely amazing. I could not recommend BFG Dog Care highly enough! Sally was also very accommodating around my changing schedule and I am so happy with the customer service I received as well as the care that went into my boys groom!

Our fur baby Millie loved her stay with Sally. The entire family welcomed Millie into their home like it was her own. We appreciated the updates and photos throughout her stay and could relax knowing Millie was in very good, caring hands. From the beginning Sally’s communication was prompt and her caring nature with Millie made us feel at ease leaving our fur baby with her. We highly recommend Sally and BFG dog care. Was looking for a dog groomer who could help my reactive rescue work with his fear of water so that he can learn a positive association with bath time. Found BFG dog care and reached out to see if this was something they could help with. I am so happy I reached out. Sally was incredible with Monty and worked at his pace, paying close attention to his body language and backing off if she noticed any signs of stress and stopping the groom at a good point to not cause any negativity for Monty. Will definitely be back and would reccomend to anyone. :-)

Great to know our dogs were happy in their own yard and that Sally came around and visited, walked and fed them. Daily correspondence about how they were going was a relief. Will use BFG again and happily recommend.

So grateful for Sally! Our border collies were so happy to see Sally for some pop ins and to feed them dinner and go for walks when we were out, she even took them for their walk in the pouring rain. 😊 Great communication - the text message updates on how they were going and happy photos of them playing were fantastic to receive, we would certainly recommend Sally to other dog owners!

Sally was amazing with our little Chihuahua Taco. He is quite frightened being groomed and Sally’s calm presence and patience was very much appreciated it getting him tidied up. Would highly recommend her services

Amazing! I simply can't recommend Sally and BFG any higher. Not only for grooming, but also dog sitting. Our golden retriever always comes back from a groom happy and looking and smelling amazing! With dog sitting, he's always so happy to trot off for his mini holiday, and we have peace of mind knowing he's so well looked after.

I have taken my labrador Buffy to Sally a few times for bathing since moving to the area, and she has been awesome. My lab doesn't need a lot of grooming, but she does need a lot of deshedding (SO much hair!!) and Sally does an awesome job at bathing and deshedding. Also, Buffy loves going to see Sally - which is a great sign, since she generally hates baths! I highly recommend Sally for caring for your fur baby.

Sally was very easy to communicate with and did a great job walking and inrteracting with our very active and sometimes nippy border collie kelpie pup! When things didn't go perfectly (ie stuff not left out by us) communicated very respectfully so could make things work well. Great with dogs and really "got" our boy.

Sally was fantastic. She did great job tidying my dog Lenny. He was washed, blow dried and had his face, paws and hygiene areas trimmed. Will definitely visit again

My boisterous Bull Terrier had a week at BFG dog care for pet sitting. I was met by Sal, who was so gorgeous, calm and and caring. She tuned right in to my boisterous girl and kindly soothed her. She settled in immediately. Sal even asked about medications etc. lucky, because I nearly forgot to tell her about daily medications. We were so impressed with her professionalism. My girl was perfectly content after her stay, she was shedding at the time coming into spring so Sal was kind enough to offer her grooming services to de-shed. So handy, she came back so clean! She wasn’t stressed, and I could enjoy my vacay knowing my pupper was being exercised, medicated, and loved. Really great atmosphere. Really special service Sal offers. Highly recommend!
