Our air conditioner had started to leak, I called cool a bah and I got an appointment within 3 days. I had the nicest technician come out. His name was Nate, he was extremely professional, he explained everything to me what was wrong with it and why it was leaking (we had a rat chew through one of the pipes) he fixed it promptly, he even put back the furniture he moved to get to the air conditioning.
While Nate was outside investigating he found the rat and he discarded it for me. What a champion of an employee you guys have. I highly recommend these guys. Five ***** service 😀

Very prompt, efficient and friendly service. They weren’t out of their way to find an appointment time that suited us and arrived on time. Tony was quick in servicing our ducted air conditioning and gave us some great tips for managing it as well as avoiding the development of mould when we are on holidays during the summer months. Cool-A-Bah Cooling came to our house to correct an air-con installation that had been incorrectly located previously. The Technician that attended the job was very positive and completed the installation quickly and to a very high standard. We were very happy with the outcome.
