Sanitair - Air Con Cleaning

I had Robert Green (Hobart) and his colleague out today to clean my air conditioner.
What a lovely, knowledgeable and professional company to deal with. He answered all my questions and I could see he takes pride in his work and did a thorough job. My machine looks like new.
What a wonderful experience and service. I can't recommend them enough.

Mahen recently serviced my mother's split-system unit. Amazing service. Unit is running better than ever, he was so careful with the area around the unit and not a spot of dust was left behind. Very highly recommended!

It's great to encounter an honourable tradie! Mahen told me that he couldn't guarantee a thorough clean of a very old cassette unit, so we elected to replace it. He then cleaned several split systems but declined to clean the newst one as it didn't require it. He only performed the work required, without overservicing. Very friendly & informative & tidy.

Great customer service by Hari and Sanitair!! I needed our Panasonic split system air conditioner cleaned as it was long overdue and I rang and they came out the very next day!! He advised a deep clean service as it had never been cleaned before as I explained that when I often turned on the unit it would start making a funny noise and give off a slight musty smell. Now, no smell, no noise, it's now super clean and it honestly looks brand new !! Should've booked this a long time ago. I couldn't believe my eyes how dirty and filthy it was inside the unit and after when he showed me how disgusting and filthy the bucket was! I honestly couldn't believe it !!! Well where do I start, a guy named Matt Euler came in today and deep cleaned both Air Conditioner units in my Family's house. If I could give him more than a five star review I would because his service was truly amazing. In any situation my Parents and I have had to deal with a technician of any sorts he's been the best. Matt was thorough and very diligent with his job. I highly recommend him for the Brisbane South area. Matt was even kind enough to stop in before the deep clean appointment a couple days before to just clean out the pipe to my Parents air con as it was leaking water onto the bed and wasn't healthy. Thanks again Matt Euler if you see this, both my Parents and I truly appreciate it.

I had the system serviced a week or 2 before getting it cleaned, pointing out to the service guy that there was a smell.. His exact words "there was no mould".
Smell persisted.
The second that Mahen did any investigation at all, it was very clear that not only was there mould, but a fair bit.

Since cleaning, the mould is gone as is the funky smell.
I'll definitely be coming back for future cleanings, and have already recommended Sanitair (and specifically Mahen) to several people.

John arrived early and did a great job of my old unit, answered all my questions and was professional and friendly, fantastic Service.

This service is fantastic. I recently had two split systems fully cleaned by Luke Mcquade from Sanitair Dubbo. I live in Orange NSW and Luke attended the area to clean a number of Air Cons. Luke was on time, the communication leading up to attending my home was very good. I got the full service which has made a great difference to both air cons, I cannot praise this service enough.

I saw the Sanitair ad on facebook and did some research. I then contacted them, they were responsive and then I got a call from Clint at Sanitair Sutherland. An absolute rock star. Arrived on time, we had three units done with their Premium Split System Clean service. Wow, they now function like the first day we turned them on - that was 5 years ago and they'd never been cleaned except for the filter which we cleaned every 2-3 months. We've made a diary note and will have Clint back again in April 2021 to complete the Standard Split System Clean on the three units. We can't recommend Sanitair and Clint enough.

Super quick and easy booking process and quick appointment. These guys have been great from the start. Our technician turned up to start the process of cleaning all our airconditioners' and the whole time he was here maintained a happy attitude, friendly and polite, and never stopped for a second, really efficient. He even advised me that one of the units, which is hardly ever used, only needed a (cheaper) minor clean rather than the full service I had booked!!! He has done a perfect job and I could not be happier. I would recommend to anyone. Jerimiah you are a star!!!!
