Belvedere Farm

I’m proud to say that I was one of the recipients of the first “fruits” of the farm’s labours. Wendy, as she was referred to, in both life and death, gave her all for the benefit of many a taste bud and set these guys on their chosen path. In the years since, this wonderful slice of Jinibara country has put untold amount of eggs, pumpkin, beef and pork on my family’s plate very regularly and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The produce is astonishingly good, the farmers at Belvedere work harder than anyone I know and they are amongst the most passionate people I have ever met. I’m not joking when I say you can actually taste that in the food they grow. They are comrades of ours for life, and five stars aren’t enough.

Belvedere Farm pasture raised eggs, beef and pork has ruined us forever. Everything else tastes like cardboard in comparison, so we get a monthly pack through an affordable subscription now. Nick and Brydie are the best. Thanks Belvedere Farm 😁👍

I first met The team from Belvedere farm when they were rescuing penny turtles from potholes in Vietnam and returning them to the Mekong delta their attention to detail was second to none. I knew then that these guys were A grade and that we would be mates for life. Watching their amazing commitment to animals and ethical farming has been a thing of beauty and wonderment as they have built the most beautiful of farming enterprises in Belvedere. The rugged good looks and shear brut strength of Nick would make most men give up and go home, but don’t be deceived beneath those chiseled abs and luscious locks lies a heart so tender it would make mother Teresa blush. And let’s not start on the quality of the products these guys produce. Let’s just say heaven… no need once you’ve had some Belvedere pork. You’re already there.

Belvedere Farm made me a convert - I actually enjoy pork now! (what a difference well-treated, happy pigs make - this stuff is amazing). Doesn't hurt that Nick & Brydie are also generally lovely humans working hard for their community.

These guys are the bomb. They produce the very best pasture raised eggs, pork and beef you will ever taste and they do it in a sustainable way respecting the Jinabara land on which they farm. They are experts on animal and ecological welfare and they support their local community. They deserve your support for their amazing contribution to agroecology and sustainability in an industry dominated by factory farming and animal abuse.

Have enjoyed Nick & Brydies eggs and pork - absolutely stunning food, and awesome folks. As our youngest daughter said "that pork goes down in history as the best pork I've ever eaten"

Quality food from quality people. Belvedere care about feeding people, which feels like an odd thing to say, until you watch how they do what they do, and the care and effort they put into looking after their animals, so then those animals can look after people. Once you’ve tried their meat and eggs, you’ll question how you’ve gone so long without it.

Beautiful farm that produces the best ethical eggs, beef and pork. It’s great to have farmers that care about the land they are on, as well as their community.

Terrific farm run by the gurus of sustainable regenerative farming. Their produce is next level delicious and you can get it at convenient locations near and far - paddock to plate. Highly recommended.
