Hands down the best experience i have ever had, who is responsible for this review? the great man himself called Jerome, this guy went above and beyond, i live in NSW and had no means of getting a single game that this store only had in the entire country, i tried to order a pick up and delivery service which was my first time, little did i know that the details needed to be at the location of pick up, i talked with Jerome and he gladly went out of his way to print all the necessary documents for the pick up and delivery for my carrier, EB if you are reading this review, give this guy a raise or make him a manager of a store, you really need great workers like him.

This is the best EB Games on the Gold Coast, maybe even the World!! Excellent customer service, Great Staff to help with your gaming needs. Love pre-ordering my game’s from here and I won’t buy anything gaming elsewhere. Keep up the great work and look forward to going back again soon.

I had a problem with my PS4 because the controller wasn’t connecting. Luckily they fixed it up. Not to mention the super nice staff

Love the staff the deals couldnt be better my favorite staff member is peirce becuase he answers every question i have checks my pokemon cards and he just realy nice in general.

My son loves this shop. He is always in there with his pocket money browsing endlessly. He is only 13 and I just find that instead of getting frustrated or annoyed, as people can with kids, the staff are so friendly and helpful

The staff member that assisted me today believe his name was Dillon, he was very intentive, welcoming and friendly and helped me pick out the perfect, age appropriate game for my young nephew. My nephew loved the game and even asked "how I knew he wanted it" I took all the credit but I couldn't of done it without Dillon. Will definitely be shopping at this store more often rather then the Pacific fair store which is actually closer just because of the service I received today.

Josh was absolutely amazing and friendly. He upsold $250 worth of merchandise very professionally to my mates and I. Will definitely be back. (Josh deserves a promotion!)

Seems like someone of his know how would be more that a assistant manager though.
Store is well layed out and always looks great, only wish they would combine Zing and Eb games to one massive store like Aus fair but bigger.

After doing a trade in deal at EB in the old days I used to walk out feeling like I got ripped off! WoW have things changed I went in store at Robina today the guys there bent over backwards to give me the best deal possible by far best EB experience ever! great job people amazing customer service from Brandon and the team you have a customer back now.
