Got served today McDonald's Jimboomba, by a young lady named Tania. Great customer service and a smile on her face with a personality that came across a kind and helpful. She moved fast n fluidly, like she was enjoying her day and doing her job. I rate her with 5 stars for all of this. It's so nice to see people being happy at work. Being thorough whist doing it.

Izzy the over night manager was absolutely brilliant with his customer service. Brought our food out nice and hot. Iced drinks beautifully cold. Couldnt fault on a late night meal from a drive back through the city.

Went through drive through at 1am Tues 27.02.24 with a car full of (very hungry) people and was met with impeccable service. I didnt grab a name but the older bald gentleman who served us was a delight and got everything to us in a timely manner. We ordered a fair share of food and I made adjustments to my burger and all came out perfectly as ordered.
The gentleman was friendly and even had a laugh with me. Great service and food tonight Jimmy Maccas.

Came through at 2am - 3 other McDonalds on the way south from Brisbane unable to serve… these guys no problems. Super friendly and all the food was cooked fresh. 5 stars for making a tired shift worker’s night/morning. Thank you!!

Came in at 2:30 in the morning and the team was happy to help us when all other McDonald’s, I had been to were shut and doing updates. Luckily, I was saved by the Jimboomba Maccas team and especially the Shift manager, Izzy Who was? Awsome. He made everything fresh for me. I hope he gets rewarded for such good customer service.

Went through drive through and customer service was absolutely amazing. Cody who was at the window is a fantastic worker

Good food, good facilities, a few Karen's as customers but I personally found it good.

Ordered a number of meals all with changes made to them and got exactly what I’d asked for the manager even went out of his way to make everything fresh and deliver it to me.

Midnight staff was awesome, quick and efficient work! Dude was great so was the food, definite 5 stars earned.

Tonight my partner ordered us McDonald’s from this store and was blown away by the great service. Not only was it made fresh, it was full and exactly what we ordered.

The ladies in the drivethru were all smiley and super polite and the service was fast! Food was also 5star. 😁caramel frappe with espresso shot 5⭐

We came in this morning with a huge order & the service was amazing! No longer had we done the order and paid it was ready.. the manger who was on was on top of everything’ Thankyou so much!!! And for the help out to the car 😊

I would like to thank to Manager and the cashier who helped me on Thursday 18th of May at 7:10 pm. They were extremely empathetic and most helpful in rectifying my wife’s mistake.. My wife had been through drive through 30mins earlier and didn’t realise she was not given half of our family meal until she arrived home. Even though it was my wife’s responsibility to check her meal before she left, I returned to the store hoping they’d understand. They were very helpful and immediately resolved my concern. They exceeded my expectations and they should be recognised for that. Thank you

great customer service by the 6ft 5 lad (his name is heath i think) will only come in if he’s there in future, also happy easter to him and not everyone else because they didn’t say it to me

Love so much, always order a dinner box for myself and a cone for my 10 children. They really love their yearly treat. They are hungry the other 100% of the time. This maccas always makes them feel full for about 10 minutes.

I went to jimboomba at midnight and the one young lady that was working everything was absolutely fantastic this was Easter Friday at 1 min past midnight busy but she handled it great

The staff early in the morning are a pleasure to deal with. Always fresh chips unlike other MacDonald's outlets. They haven't got my order wrong yet.

Definitely the best Maccas that I ever go to. Make the best coffee frappe and enjoy the food. The service is really good and the staff are so nice and do their best to please their customers.
