BEST BURGER EVER!!
I ordered a bacon and egg burger. Expected just bacon and egg as you would get elsewhere. No, this was a REAL burger. It even had beetroot on it which is a rare thing these days.

Grate people to beal whith and good food .

Food was great, service was friendly and prompt beats BP Servo hands down.

Called in on our way to Moogerah, we thought we'd grab some grub because our little critters were getting hungry. So we thought a few sangas and pies, typical servo menu but ended up havin a few blown meal with the family. Not bad at all. The sheilas behind the counter were typical country girls we didnt mind the wait or service. Prices are reasonable for the quantity you get. The Aratula brekky is dead set worth the price.

Love stopping here...staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and the food is awesome.

Spent $40 on a meal there on Boxing Day, and then misread a sign when buying 2 chocolate bars .... the guy on the cash register proceeded to humiliate us in front of other customers, as though we were trying to do him outvof a lousy 50cents .... won't be going there again!

We have been riding an hour and half to have breakfast for the past few years and today Fathers Day was no exception but the breakfast was just terrible 😢 over cooked eggs, bacon 🥓 so crisped you couldn’t eat, tomato 🍅 under cooked and both breakfast and cuppas cold. What a shame and we won’t be pack that is for sure.

Stopped in at the Aratula Caltex this morning and was very disappointed in my experience. Walked up to the counter to buy some breakfast and waited for several minutes while the two young ladies behind the counter talked with each other. After one young lady went to the other end of the counter to talk to another staff member I waited while the other one finished making a coffee and handed it to the only other customer in the room. She then proceeded to start making another coffee whilst not even acknowledging my presence and after another few minutes she the proceeded to walk out to the back room and not return. The other two staff members never acknowledged my presence the whole time I stood there so I left in frustration. The staff there could certainly benefit from a course in customer service. I won’t be stopping there again and would not recommend.

Need to work on their customer service, woman behind the counter was too “busy” talking to locals. The man was no better.

Filled up on Saturday night about 1030pm and then after paying asked to use the restaurant as my 82 yr old Mother wanted a cup of tea and a toastie. Ol mate behind the counter told me the restaurant was closed. Aren't you 24x7 I asked. He said yeah but not the restaurant as it was being cleaned. Wish I hadn't bought 80 bucks of fuel. Went to BP and actually found someone who cared and made us a lovely pot of tea and toasties. Won't be back to Caltex Aratulla.

Rudest owner I have ever encountered. No manners. No nothing.
