Bunnings Gympie

As per the picture, Paint has been Tinted wrong because Machine hasn’t put the paint in as per the formula and staff has confirmed after complaint. The Complaint has been resolved straight away. Offered a Refund for the wrong tinted tin of paint + Offered more amount of paint for free to paint again + Offered Free material for painting again such as Taps and Rollers + Given a Bunnings Voucher for Compensation of work we did and to do another work for repainting on the wrongly tinted paint for the time and efforts. Huge respect for the staff & the manager of that shift. Thank you very much to the team for understanding the situation. It really helps.

It's in a good position, with two entrances. The standard large store design also fairly newish. I found the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. I do like how when asking any staff member where some random item is, they are all well trained to direct you to the correct isle number and position. Having a cafe with some nice goodies is always a plus.

A huge shout out to Ross in Tool Department for not only guiding me towards a solution, but going up and beyond with hands on repairs for my Ryobi Chainsaw. The chain came off and with my limited experience gave me the knowledge and tools required needed to get the job done.

i recently got some work boots and forgot to get the receipt and i don’t live in gympie so i had to call to get it, the first time i called the lady i spoke to (i don’t remember her name) was short and not helpful at all really, she said she’d send it to me then didn’t and didn’t call me, i think she hoped i would just forget.. so i called again and talked to this lovely lady named jamie she spent about 40 minutes all up on the phone with me as we couldn’t originally find the purchase, she never once got frustrated with me or gave up she was genuinely so lovely and willing to help! big shout out to jamie!!

I ask a fellow about paint today to paint my wagon wheels, he was incredibly helpful, thankyou

Popped in Thursday afternoon, not sure what I needed. Got pointed in the direction of Malaki. He was extremely knowledgeable and got me sorted out very quickly.

Staff were so helpful and of course the range of products is amazing at every Bunnings. If one staff member could not help, they found another that could, went above and beyond and I thank them very much. A great Bunnings.

5 star is definitely for the staff . I actually like going to their events and learning new stuff. Have a coffee relax look at all those plants you want ..haha 😀 I actually think their coffee taste better than the snags. Haha 🤣 backlash coming .
If i was seriously to pick something that needed attention, it would be the website . It's very confusing just to look wood up .. oh dear 😄 , sometimes it takes a lot of hope a lot agrees with what 👍 with what I'm saying. Hope this hurry up takes forever. Just something small 😌 to pick at. But love ❤ bunnings.

Bunnings Gympie has a huge Garden Centre, selling seedlings, potted plants, pots, garden shrubs, trees and lots of mulching options. They have lots of potting mixes, garden fencing options, pet mesh and edging.
The interior store has dedicated home renovations centre, paint shop, electrical, BBQ, outdoor furnishings and more.
Need any carpentery tools, wood, doors - Bunnings has it all. Get a powerpass card and you receive an additional discount.
The trade end of the store has everything from insulation to guttering.
The only suggestion is, make sure your travel companion has their mobile phone, as you will definitely lose each other 🙂

When Googling what you need on the Website, tells you exactly what Aisle and Bay. So no wandering around trying to find out where you need to go. Great layout and Staff very friendly and helpful.

Went in to pick up my tile order which was very heavy.
Was very happy with the staff who actually gave up what they were doing to help ( Karen loaded the tiles on the trolley) and Ross helped wheel the trolley to the car and put all the tiles in the car for me. It was a breath of fresh air to have such helpful staff who were willing to do the heavy lifting on my behalf.

Long story short.
I went to load my Kingchrome grease gun with a new tube.
A spring came loose and shot the new tube of grease through the air along with other parts of the gun.
I brought it, double bagged) back to the tool shop and was greeted by a helpful Rona.
We tried sorting out the best approach. Then we were joined by a problem solving Ember.
Finally all was sorted. New products!!

Staff were friendly and the bunnings was easy to navigate to with plenty of parking

Without going into the whole story , there was a mix up with my purchase and what was at the store I was told it wasn't when i went back a day later to pick it up...etc etc etc ...I want to say that the staff were excellent in handling this and Chris the manager was excellent. Thank you to the staff at the special orders section. You are exceptional people!!. ( oh and the rest of the staff are too :)). That's why I love Bunnings Gympie. And yes I got my purchase. One happy shopper I am.
