Just received outstanding service at this store!
I came in to shop & happened to show them the sneakers I purchased,approximately 6 weeks ago, for my son for school. The shoes had started to pull apart.
The staff member, I believe his name was Mark, offered me wonderful customer service, deemed the shoes faulty, and replaced them on the spot for me!
I was not made to feel awkward for questioning the integrity of the shoe, in fact he made the process a completely pleasant experience!
I will buy all my sports footwear from here in the future, & as a mother of 4 , that’s a lot of footwear! Lol
