Very professional experience whereby store manager refused to let me leave without refunding me after making a mistake with the order. Perhaps rename 3-cheese to triple-cheese so we don't accidentally end up with 3 pretzels instead of 1?

We finally made it to the pretzel place at the university after so many missed attempts. It was my first time trying a pretzel, and I found it quite enjoyable—resembling a delicious bread. I've got a caramel pretzel. We sampled numerous sweet flavors, but I'm eager to try the savory varieties; they must be fantastic.

I recently had the chance to visit “Pretzel,” the new pretzel shop located right in the heart of our university precinct. The place offers a delightful range of pretzels, from sweet to savory options. My curiosity got the best of me, so I went ahead and ordered “the lot.” I have to admit, the pretzels were quite tasty, and I enjoyed the variety of flavors they had to offer.

What struck me the most about this place was its appealing exterior and interior design, which clearly draws in a crowd. It’s a visually pleasing spot to grab a snack and hang out. However, there’s one minor hiccup - you are often expected to wait about 5 minutes just to place your order due to a shortage of staff. On top of that, the waiting time for your order can be a bit on the long side, averaging around 15 minutes or more, which can be a test of patience, especially when you’re in a hurry.

Friendly service and the usual chill atmosphere of any other Pretzel location, but our Pretzels came out real fast and tasted like they were cooked a couple of days ago and not fresh. Actually got a sore mouth chewing.

Terrible form from management to not even bother to give feedback to unsuccessful employment applicants. Young people are often inexperienced job seekers and potential employees, and go out of their way to apply and then attend interviews, and management can't even bother to let them know how they went, or offer any feedback.

Staff tend to treat customers how they are treated, which goes a long way to explain why service is as it often is.

She DID get through to interview stage, and interviewed, so your excuses are not really valid. She also emailed TWICE to request feedback, neither was responded to.
If you invested half the effort into respecting your job seekers as you do replying to Google Reviews, you'd be half way to being a decent company.
