I have been going there for around 15 years. Best place in Perth. Simple, cheap, factory warehouse setup. Recommended.

Great lil treasure for home foodies that want the restaurant equipment , dishware, cutlery etc

No doubt this store has a great range which is why I decided to go there to purchase a few items BUT I have never experienced such rudeness and poor customer service. Whoever is sat behind that counter should not be in an environment that requires you to be pleasant and interact with customers. Utterly shocked. It costs nothing to be polite and smile. And when someone walks in 10 minutes before you close to make a simple return that is not a reason for you to say 'well hurry up then we close in 10 minutes'. But unfortunately I had exactly the same treatment when I initially bought the items, dismissive and plain rude. Will never be going here again.

Terribly rude and unhelpful staff, if you require any catering equipment be sure to look elsewhere. Not only are the staff rude, unaccommodating and unhelpful, the products stocked are of poor quality. 80% of the stock bought had to be returned damaged. A big thumbs down.
