Meatiest rolls in Perth! I come here for my mixed meat and salad roll every Saturday for lunch. They are bloody delicious and so generously packed with quality meats. It’s the happiest place on earth. The staff are so lovely and always happy. If you are a sandwich/conti roll enthusiast you must try this hidden gem. 10/10 every time!

Local East Vic Park Market Deli Butcher favourite. You can buy to your heart's content anything & everything in quantity or smaller, fresh or packaged, frozen or chilled, it's a delight and has been a favourite for many years, even has a Seniors Day special prices on that day, check it out!

I don't usually give 5 stars but the quality of food and service from the continental deli is definitely deserving! Some of the best conti rolls in Perth with very generous fillings, plus lots of other tasty treats! The service at the deli, market and butcher has always been great and the produce is usually really good quality. The pricing is fair or cheaper than the supermarket chains, and worth it for the quality. Highly recommend this place!

Classic Italian market, and one of my favourite places! Fantastic butcher, fantastic variety of continental grocery items from all over, bulk bagged spices, herbs and baking ingredients, and fantastic deli counter!

Old school cool, quality selection of fresh and dried produce at very reasonable prices. The manager is a friendly bloke who will always help out as best he can.
The deli section has a good range with desserts and hot food to go, nice staff.
Butchers have goat and seafood. Mark is the nicest bloke you will ever meet and is very knowledgeable.

Swansea has a great range of whole foods and international lines. It's great if you're looking to cut down on plastic packaging whilst stocking up your pantry - there's no issue using reusable produce bags.

The new owners have refreshed the EVO stalwart but haven’t taken its soul! The range is similar, in some cases expanded; the produce is excellent and the owner goes out of his way to source local bargains like avocados for 9c and sweet potatoes for $1.99 a kilo - both sourced because the usual wholesalers wouldn’t take the oversized produce. Go with an open mind, and if you don’t like what you see or don’t see what you want, maybe have a chat to the owners instead of leaving nasty reviews. They couldn’t be any nicer.

This market shop is really really good.
The sandwiches here never disappoint me and the prices are to my liking. There are also very nice cakes 🍰, pies and 🥧 sausage roll too.
So much goodness in this establishment and Very Nice staff work in there too!

Been coming here for near on a decade now. Met the owner a week before xmas and it makes sense why this is an institution in the suburb, our bike battery died when we arrived and Mick went above and beyond. Extremely friendly staff and you can find things here you can't find anywhere else.

Went to Swansea Street Market this morning.
Meet two amazing men - Michael and Zack.
Both couldn't do more to help me with my shopping. Michael went out of his way to assist me with my groceries and took my details promising to get back to me regarding certain items which were out of stock, while Zack got me fresh bunches of Mint from the back coolroom. 10/10 boys. Couldn't believe how great these two were. Keep up the good work guys. Me and my friends will be coming back.
Also, what a great selection of fresh produce. The fruit is well priced and great quantity.

Lots of choice for both African and Asian foodstuffs. Also, there's a butcher shop for all sorts of protein, fruits, and vegetables available with a bakery. It's a one stop shop of you need to buy in bulk too.

We did a shop today at Swansea Market and purchased a pre packed bag of red grapes . When we got home we noticed a few that needed to be binned . My wife sent the shop a message so they could check the rest of the stock so no other customers had a similar experience. Very promptly Maria made contact with my wife and amazingly had a replacement bag delivered to the house . We were lost for words . Service 101 and it is an experience like this that displays the pride they have in their produce and customer service Very impressed .

What a great variety of meat,fruit and veg. The fruit I bought was fresh and they taste much better than the bland stuff at the major supermarkets.

The deli is busy because it has good food displayed and it all looks delicious.
Yes the outside of the building looks a bit worn out...but hey you buy stuff inside!

Excellent selection at the butchers, deli and grocers. Some stuff very good price too. More than just a b grade grocer, this a destination for chefs seeking speciality ingredients. Butchers has a lot of American bbq stuff including charcoal, rubs and wood chunks. Grocers has a wide selection of grains, canned goods and fresh fruit and veg.

Great place for the raw materials for prepare-your-own food - excellent fruit and veg, good range of Euro/Italian stuff - passata, tomato, pulses, pickles, oils ... V good range of bulk dried pulses and grains, flours and bread mixes. Beaut staff. Butcher next door carries interesting range - goat, pork, poultry, lamb, mutton, beef, camel and lately premium Wagyu. Deli is Italian delis at their best. Ignore outside appearances - terrific place for cooks. Tonnes of parking. 7 days.

Its a pity, the last two one star reviews are fake. Both ladies are related to an employee who no longer works for us. Pretty sad!!!! i was expecting this to happen from you ladies. if you have nothing nice to say then dont say anything at all! Swansea St Mercato is better than ever now that we have the perfect team!!! reported to Google.

This is one of the best markets in Perth! The vegies are fresh & last in my fridge for weeks even. They have a good range of produce, spices & wholefoods.
The Butcher provides a really good range of meat and always has great discounts on. You can tell the meat is fresh & good quality.
The deli there is to die for however! Such a broad range of meats, cheese & cakes and they would have one of the best Conti rolls in Perth
