Two weeks ago a friend and I bought a lap
Top and a desktop tower computer and two CD/DVD drives plus anti virus and office.. served by Ando who was AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable and helpful… he’s definitely an asset to Harvey Norman IT sales dept!!!

We are currently having some issues with a bed we purchased through Harvey’s (No problems with HN) We took our issues straight to AH Beard who have no idea on service. After talking to Samara at Harvey Normans today we wish we had of come through her first. She really knows her stuff and is 100% all over customer service and is extremely good at her job. You have a great employee there Mr Harvey.If you need a bed I highly recommend you to talk to her personally. 👏

Went to Good Guys first, but they didn't offer any service whatsoever, so we went to HN and received excellent service by Steve in electrical. William in furniture was equally as helpful so well done Harvey Norman you set the standard in customer service. We'll end up spending $2k more than we were thinking of spending.

All the staff are simply amazing but Ryan from tvs/electronics is just so fantastic. We have been going here for years and he's always looked after us so well. 10/10 service. Will be back to deck out the new house soon!

Thanks for the Excellent customer service from the staff in HN Noarlunga computer sales this afternoon. I had some technical issues which no help desk could resolve but the HN staff patiently helped me to work through the problems. Thank you, I will be shopping at HN again!

Very busy! I needed assistance to find what I wanted but had to wait quite a while.

I have been taking my clients with disabilities here to purchase phone's, tv's and other electrical items for approx 3 years. Many of these client's are under Public Trustee which some retailers find very difficult to understand or manage. Without fail each time the items selected (with discount if others have it cheaper)are put aside- a quote is written up immediately and sent to us to forward to PT so it is paid for and the client can collect it as soon as it's paid- usually within 48 hours. Unlike other similar electrical retailers n the area who have taken 3 weeks to process the PT payment. Most recently it was electrical and computers who helped us quickly and without issue which was really appreciated by the client and our service. 🙂

5 GOLD STARS for Dan the tec guy at Noarlunga store. He assisted me with my Samsung watch that didn't work, he was polite & went above & beyond to help me. .Havey Norman is lucky to have him on their team.
