Forty Winks Noarlunga

Very impressed with the service from Carly at Forty Winks. We were looking for a new king bedroom suite and looked at many retailers but chose Forty Winks Noarlunga as they had the largest range along with excellent communication from Carly via email. When we arrived she greeted us warmly, showed us all the features of what we were buying and completed the sale seamlessly. I paid a bit extra for assembly + delivery and this was really worth it, her husband and the other delivery driver were the ones delivering + assembling, they took away all the boxes/plastic and we couldn't be happier. Thank you very much Carly, we'll be back when the kids need their beds.

My partner and I have been to a number of shops searching for the perfect mattress for us. After heading to a couple of locals today, Forty Winks was our last stop. WOW! We are so glad we met Carly. She is very knowledgeable and accommodated us so well. We weren't going to buy a bed today but after such a great experience we bought everything we could have ever wanted and can't wait for it to be delivered and to have the best sleep ever. Brilliant service. Laura took the time to find the right mattress with us, listened to all our concerns and laid out every option. With my chronic pain, we must have tried beds 50 times, but Laura was patient and let us try everything from Tempur to hybrids, before selecting the Crown Posture Plus Plush QB with the Quest 2.0 adjustable base. I cannot recommend Carly enough when looking for your next mattress :)

We went to all the mattress stores; all of which had no information and just told us to lie down on a few and let us know when we decided on one..

Carly explained every type of mattress, wrote a short-list for us and even suggested we go home and think about it..

No pressure of buying something before we walked out; so much so we went back that evening and bought two mattresses for our home :)

Honestly, go to a handful of other stores and then visit Carly and experience her brilliant knowledge plus the second to none comfort of a Forty Winks mattress 😴🧡

My wife and I just shopped Around Adelaide South for a new king bed and base, we found that 40 winks not only had the best customer service and online customer satisfaction, but also the prices especially on bases and heads was the best value. We met both Kahli the owner and Laura who were amazing in helping us and really showing appreciation for our business

We recently went looking for a new bed/suite to upgrade. As soon as we entered the store, we were met with some of the best customer service by Carly and Rob.

They weren't pushy or manipulative into buying the most expensive bed/item. We asked them many questions which they were more than happy to answer.

Everything was delivered as promised and now sleeping on probably the most comfortable bed I've ever had.

Definitely recommend going here compared to dreamland or other bedding place nearby which weren't anywhere near as helpful.
