Come on guys, it's 2021, We should know better by now.
It used to be accessible, but now they have made the store inaccessible by closing off the doors with ramps to out shelves in?!
Sorry but that is just not cricket in this day and age, I thought society was improving and becoming more considerate of those with wheelchairs but no.
Shame.

Terrible non-existent service here and some of the staff are very, very rude. Today I had my elderly mother with me and we waited 10 minutes to be served as the lady at the counter wouldn’t stop talking to one of the customers with only 2 items. The other volunteer just stared at us and did nothing. No, sorry won’t be long, etc
This is not the first time this has happened but we have never complained.
It’s good that you donate money to the people in need overseas, but surely some funding needs to be put in to train staff, so that they can understand what good customer service actually looks like, so then maybe you might have some chance of raising funds for the people in need.

Overpriced and very little variety... most clothes in here are for 40+ yr olds and way too expensive for an "op shop"
Found ONE SINGLE thing I liked and it was $19, for a simple crop top. A top that wouldn't have cost more than $40-50 brand new from the original store. If theyre pricing things at 50% of the original cost brand new.. defeats the entire purpose of "opportunity shopping"
They need to get a grip and price things reasonably, or they will continue to lose customers. Entirely disappointing and a waste of time.

Adressing the response from the owner:
There is absolutely no point in justifiying that you set the prices so high to raise money for vunerable children. Most of this second hand stuff is too expensive for an average person to justify purchasing If your goal is to raise money, then set the prices at a reasonable level or no one will buy your items, and therefore no money will be raised for the "vunerable children".... ridiculous.
