Walked in staff were very welcoming. Pricing on products was really good. Yes I had to wait a while for my products to arrive but staff kept me updated the whole way. Thank you so much bundall store. You all should be proud of your store presentation and how polite you all are. Will definitely be returning

My husband and I were looking for a new dining table, we ended up going to Johnny’s in Bundall and Carole was there to greet us and our little 4 year old with a very nice customer service and a huge balloon to entertain our little man.
Carole was very nice, she explained everything about the dining without being pushy. I just loved such a professional and natural approach. We ended up returning 2 days later to put a deposit down which Carole wasn’t working in that particular day however she actually made the effort to call us to thank us for the purchase!!! 10 OUT of 10!!!!! We just don’t see this type of customer service anymore!!! Natural & genuine A+!!!

Paul, Carol, and Chris, the team at Johnny's Furniture Bundall, went above and beyond. Exceeding my expectations. They listened to me, and helped me to order exactly the furniture I needed. Delays in shipping are clearly effecting businesses like this, but the team provided me with options so that I could buy the furniture I need right now from their available stock, and clearly communicated that the piece I am willing to wait for, may be delayed. Clear communication at every step. The Furniture is beautiful and of high quality. Both the Matilda Tallboy (barn timber), and the Boddington Buffet (natural mango timber) have been delivered and are both stunning! I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thanks again guys. 👏 ❤

Highly recommend this family owned business. Great selection of furniture, great quality and reasonably priced. Carole at the Bundall store went above and beyond to help us and genuinely cared for our needs. They also give you the space and time you need to browse with no pressure to buy. Wow I have just read some of these reviews and my experience has been the TOTAL opposite. The table and chairs we bought look amazing. The staff have been incredible! I would give them a 10 if I could.
