Purchased recliner sofa from here. Friendly staff helped us to find the best product for us . Product was delivered not long after we purchased. But the sofa was quite bulky and couldn’t go through our door. And it was not their problem of course. So I had to figure out (dismantled it and moved to inside)

Went there to buy a mattress I had seen online. The staff members showed me it and also said they have a better one on sale at only a few dollars more, so I bought that one. I could pay with the staff member holding a tablet while standing beside the mattress. A very easy and quick system of viewing the product and paying.
They even helped me carry the mattress to the car.
Great service all round.

I was checking some sofa beds that I 'd seen online but wanted to see what they were like in real life.
The fellow at Amart was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed me how the sofas folded out, which helped with my decisionmaking.

Bought from this store and recommended family too. Ideal for those looking for budget friendly options for furnishing new house. Got 2 BR & dining suite under 5K. Quality is also good and haven't had any problems yet (purchased 3yrs ago)

Very positive experience. Delivery was very good, they send me a link that allowed me to know exactly at what time my couch would be arriving. Furthermore, I need to call the store for claim ( nothing wrong with the product, just my inexperiece) and Miang took the time to help me with excellent customer service manner to solve the problem She is definitely a kepper.

Gary is a rockstar! I bought furniture with his advice and he never disappoints. I went there for the first time and told him why I am there and what I am looking for exactly. I have bought a lot of furniture from Amart in last 13 years. The leather sofa I got in 2009 is still so nice (just give a good clean & looks as good as new). There is a wide variety of furniture. Although some are very cheap and not a great quality, its still good for those who don't want to spend too much and still serve the purpose (like a few cupboards I got last year, not the best quality but do the job). But thats the thing, you have an option of choosing the good quality ones with higher price. Will definitely go back to buy more furniture for my new home which is under construction at the moment.

Great Customer Service, Christina was very helpful but by no means pushy. When wanting to cancel & asked for refund Hannah made absolute no fuss and did it very promptly (very rare in customer service when it comes to refunds) Daniel the manager was also very attentive. Also the guy at the pick up for furniture was lovely. Overall great customer service and will recommend to family & friends in future.

The service was great. The gentleman that served us (Varun) was very helpful, but not pushy, which is a nice change from most of the other furniture shops we had been to. They worked out a package deal for us and we ended up buying our whole living room/ dining room set from them. We will definitely be shopping here again.

Friendly helpful staff and not too overbearing. Furniture was a much better quality than I was expecting. Received an apology by email when my web enquiry was not responded to which I thought showed good customer relationship awareness. I would recommend this place.

Bought my new WFH desk and absolutely satisfied. The staff at pick up area that time even helped me load it onto my ute and dispose my cardboard boxes lying around the back.
