I came into this store this morning to look at a 85” television, I was so happy with the service that I received from the staff (Grant & Jewel) that I ended up buying what I wanted and I took the extended warranty for my new product. I also inquired about other products and they were extremely helpful, which in turn has made my mind up on further purchases throughout the store.
I would recommend this store to anyone that is interested in electronics

Had an issue recently with a washing machine fault. After speaking to "Grant" was very happy with the outcome. Grant was able to understand the restrictions the average time poor individual faces and was willing to make that extra effort to help solve my problem.

Purchased new television on sunday. Great service. Also young guy at loading dock friendly and helpful

I noticed previous reviews that a customer had left a glowing tribute to Paige. I can only endorse those sentiments in spades. My wife and I were looking for a fridge, stovetop, oven and dishwasher and were thrilled to receive great advice and even better prices for these items. Paige went above and beyond and when we left we were in no doubt that we would be accepting her quote. Thanks Paige you are are wonderful asset for Good Guys!!

Paige was brilliant to purchase from. I was having difficultly choosing the correct air conditioning unit and she helped her me across the line on a good choice.

We spoke with Jason over the phone and asked him to put aside a mixer we wanted in a certain colour as we were driving up from Sydney. We arrived and collected the mixer without an issue. We made a day of it and went to a local beach and had lunch. Got a great price too. Paid for lunch. Thanks Jason and all the team at Good Guys Warners Bay.

I have been a regular customer for many years. The service has always been great and I have left the store very satisfied. Today I had to replace a mobile phone. Being a ‘senior citizen ‘ I needed help. I was served by Abbey. She went above what I expected. Her knowledge of the product was outstanding. More then ever I am a committed Good Guys customer.

Staff friendly and easy to talk to, not pushy (which is a big plus for me) but with good product knowledge, shop well laid out with plenty of choice from quality items. Altogether a very pleasant experience in replacing a deceased microwave oven. We even shared 5 seconds of silence in comiseration. 😊

Jason gave great service, a pretty damned good price and everything I needed to upgrade the wife from a Galaxy S5 mini to a S21. Thank you. Always been happy to keep going back there.

Great! Resolved an issue without fuss..had this occurred with an online store purchase (rather than bricks & mortar), I would've been in a world of pain.
Had an issue where my 'click & collected' dryer had a different feature than the images supplied on the Manufacturers website. The Sales Manager (Grant) was fantastic to deal with and went above & beyond to solve my issue rationally & professionally (without giving me any grief over my nitpicking 😄).

The Good Guys Store at Warners Bay is my 'go to' store for all my electrical appliance needs, big or small. The store is clean, well set out and very inviting. Being in a bulky goods retail area, there is ample parking and many other tempting retail stores close by.
The staff are friendly and attentive and make you feel welcome. Product lines and pricing are excellent and staff will endeavour to get you the best price. A fun place to shop.

Bought a display washer and stock drier from Heath. We took them home and had dramas with the display washer. We called Heath 5 mins before the store closed and he took the time to help us out and get a new one sorted for us. He went above and beyond for us and did it all with a calm and nice manner. Highly recommend the store and Heath. I hope this review will get back to him. Thanks again 🙏
