Baby Bunting Warners Bay

The team were helpful when required, the store was quite extensive with range; parking out the front of the store.

I have been shopping at Baby Bunting Warners Bay as a grandmother and have found the support, advice and service given to both my daughter and myself excellent. Allison remembers both our names and always comes to check whether she can provide help in the store as well as when my daughter is at home with her baby. High praise and well done to all the staff.

Helpful staff, great range of products. However, it's not like you have much of a choice in Newcastle. I don't think there are any other providers this large in the area. Great range of products, staff know the products well. These guys offer an accredited car seat fitting service in the carpark if you need it - if I'm correct. The layout of the store is as good as it can be given the volume of stock etc. Lots of things on display so you can touch, feel, test etc. Sure to have 99% of your baby needs. Has served us well.
UPDATE: click and collect service was easy and effective - was ready in under 60 minutes. Once again, friendly staff and as much or as little assistance as you like. Will continue to shop here. Nice work guys!!

Just visited the store and was greeted by Sally at the door. She swapped an item for me and retrieved my click and collect. I was impressed with the sensible layout of the store, the number of staff happily assisting customers and the sense of calmness in a very busy place. There is plenty of level car parks and it is wheelchair accessible. Thank you Sally for your impeccable service today.

Nicola and Sally are the absolute best, both worked with my wife and self with prices and what worked for us and suited our needs. I did call around ALL baby buntings and this one and one other was the only stores willing to help and had our best interest hand rather than sending us broke with no knowledge behind it. Cannot recommend you guys enough and having management like Nicola helps make the staff and store what they are! Sally thank you for being my first point of contact and dealing with me how you did. Sally was amazing at demystifying the variety of products available. We were really happy with the price point of the products we purchased (more reasonable than we expected from a specialty shop). As first time parents, we found the process of purchasing safe, quality items like car seats and prams really easy here!

I was served by Alison for a last minute baby shower gift. She was so lovely (especially a first time baby shopper with no baby!). I appreciated her time, her energy and her attention to detail. Will definitely buy all my baby goods there! And you can do a baby gift registry for a shower! How cool.

Staff were so helpful, kind and welcoming. We came in with a question regarding gifts for a baby shower and were assisted to the highest level- putting together a great gift. Special mention to Alison who was a fantastic staff member who helped my partner and I so much.

As first time parents, we are definitely overwhelmed by all the options available. Deb spoke us through the different capabilities of the prams, comparing models and prices and helped cater to our family and financial needs. She was so warm and friendly; this is the type of service that makes you want to choose a store like BB over a competitor.
There was no agenda, and she encouraged us to test different prams to ensure we felt comfortable with our purchase.
We didn't buy anything today, but we will be sure to come back to Warners Bay after we have made our decision.

Honestly just such a wonderful experience as nervous first time parents. The staff provided us with so much knowledge and helped us narrow down our decisions for car seats and prams based on the criteria we presented as well as providing advice on aspects we hadn't considered. Wide selection of quality products good prices easy to understand , even for an expecting grandfather. Now the boy has arrived the next round of products are needed. The staff are very friendly and polite , every question answered and great advice given. Getting a car seat fitted and advice of required extras to make the whole process easier.
Walked into the store looking for items and the service was impeccable from the items required to suggestions and actual customer service 👍Alison has helped a very "out of depth grandpa" and made it so easy , if you get a chance "ask for Alison" 👍🇦🇺🌈

Went in a couple of weekends ago to purchase a 2nd car seat for the arrival of our next child. Was met by a gentleman who I apologise I cannot remember his name. His knowledge around the product was great and was able to answer all the questions I had. I originally went in looking for another new born seat and walked out with a child's seat - in turn he saved me money as I would have had to purchase another seat for my current child in 12 months time, but she now has a seat set for her until she is out of car seats. He knew I was happy with the brand of seat I currently had and didn't want to go to a different brand, so never pushed any other seat onto me, just answered the questions I had to give me the confidence to have my child ride safely in my vehicle.
I live an hour away and have a handful of other stores closer to me that I could go to for these type of items, but I will always do the hour trip into Baby Bunting at Warners Bay because I trust their products and I trust their staff.

You can find absolutely everything you could need for a baby under one roof. Great range of items in each category and wide range of prices to suit everyone. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Loved the free gift wrapping station.

My husband and I are expecting our first baby in 2023 and entered the Warners Bay store feeling a little overwhelmed with no clue where to start. We were assisted by Deb who went above and beyond to help us and make our decisions so much easier. We were only looking today but are hopeful that she will be working the next time we come back to purchase!
