Beck went above and beyond when helping us out, I was asking a lot of questions and she was happy and able to answer each one. Great service and brilliant sale prices!

Staff are awesome and knowledgeable, they offer a price match which is fantastic. My go to store for games 👍🏼

Great service by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Answered all our many questions. With me not being technically savvy, it was good to see staff willing to spend their time with us "Seniors". Such service is very much appreciated and sadly lacking in other similar businesses.

Super friendly staff and excellent service. Great prices and a big range of games including full price and clearance. Scott assisted us and he went beyond and above to help us find what we needed, he called a few stores to chase a game that they didnt have in stock. Hes so knowledgable and every game you pick he takes you through the games storyline and tells you how it works plus he always gives you tips and tricks about any games. He came to the front of the desk and welcomed us and gave us excellent service. Hes has great manners and that what make us will go back to this store again.

Great store. Went and purchased civilization for switch today, no issues. The staff even took the time to talk to my son about the difference between the new Pokemon game to help him decide which one to get at a later date. No pressure, just a nice shop.

I went to this store today to collect an item that my son had pre-ordered and paid for yesterday. As I am temporarily disabled and walk with a stick, I was dismayed when I saw the size of the box 😯 However, this was no bother for Mikey, who quickly and kindly offered to carry it to my car for me. Mikey was professional and attentive to me and went above and beyond to offer friendly service. EB games Helensvale is fortunate to have a dedicated employee like Mikey. Thank you Mikey...you are a superhero!

I bought another PS3 pre owned today, was served by Scott, fantastic service, very knowledgeable and helpful . We have bought a lot of games and consoles over the years at this store and always had awesome service and will to support them. Thanks again Scott.

I recently went into this store to plan out the cost of some Christmas shopping and interacted with an employee named Scott.
Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with all the questions my husband and I asked. His assistance means this store will get a $300+ sale from me and all my business of this type from now on.

I'm not at all what you'd classify as a gamer. Far from it haha. Staff were awesome in advice on what to buy and what was a waste of money for me.

I always love going to EB and this store is no exception. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, the store is a little cramped but worth a look!

Everyone whinging at the prices they are RRP! And eb price matches anyway do its not a problem! If price is a problem go and open your own shop selling videogames and gaming gear and let everone else know how profitable it is selling everything at cost! Cheap morons.

Rant aside been shopping here for years good service, and the occasional good price!
