Purchased a lovely summer dress, happy with that. Customer service.... well there was none, no hi how's your day no interaction at all from the 2 staff. Such a shame as they were missing out on closing sales with other customers.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. Attempting to exchange the size of an online-purchased hoodie, the staff refused, claiming it didn't look good, despite the item being unused and still in its bag. This encounter left me feeling quite uncomfortable, and regrettably, I won't be returning.
