Attend the yoga class at Zeal and Flow whenever we are in town. Amy has such good grounded energy, and lovely authentic cues to connect you with your body. Highly recommend

A cafe, retail shop and wellness centre all in one and the perfect fit for Cape Paterson! The cafe serves great coffee and a selection of cabinet food options. The dining area is spacious, with a selection of indoor and outdoor tables.

The wellness centre offers massages in the back room, which has the most relaxing feel - big shout out to Shakira for the excellent massage and facial. Would highly recommend!

Great coffee and tea available here, with yummy slices and cakes. Eat in or takeaway. Very helpful friendly service from the young ladies. Attached is a wonderful shop with all kinds of homewares, clothes, plus heaps more. Well worth a visit!

What a fabulous addition to Cape Paterson.. The coffee is excellent and the croissants and bread top quality. Celine and Sara are so gracious and friendly.making it a wonderful relaxing place to either pop in or while away some time with friends or alone.

I've been meaning to write a review for this ABSOLUTE GEM for quite a while. I am obsessed with this place!! Not only is the coffee absolutely top notch (and consistently so which is a rarity these days) Celine and Sara make every morning a good one with their beautiful smiles and quick wits. Also, in addition to the scintillating conversation, you have the choice of consuming one of the tastiest croissants outside of France. Get on it people - you wont regret a visit!!! Oh and Celine - save a cup and a choccy croissant for me, I'll be back soon!!!!
