Always friendly with terrific service and advice. Always smiling even when some "clients" aren't on best behaviour. Often get help getting something heavy out of the cold room or just general recommendations - these people, especially the manager, are great!

At times, I find 2 of the female staff really depressing and melancholy (one moans about her day and the other is bordering rude). But two of the younger guys are great. At times, choice of music is too loud and offensive - heard if don't like it shop elsewhere 👎

Just bought something online for click and collect which said they had 3 in stock. They charged me, I drove 20 mins and they didn’t have it. This is a clear website issue. Staff were nice but seriously just makes me dislike the brand even more.

Manager is rude and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Took to long to serve me with no one else in the store, won’t be back.

Absolute rude female working there(manager). She has no customer service skills and shouldnt be working retail with that sort of attitude to customers. Looking at other reviews her rudeness does not appear to be a once off. Come on BWS surely there are people out there that actually have customer service skills that deserve a job.

Absolutely rude service from the Lady who was wearing the Manager Badge on Monday 15/11/21. The Rude arrogant service was not from the worker, it was from the lady wearing the Managers Badge. I have built over 100 homes in this Suburb and developed projects here to build the community. This is not the type of community spirit that should be displayed even in the local business. I hope this doesnt continue.

Very rude staff . Specialy the women there very rude she dont know how to talk with customer and very rude . We went there at closing time and she behaved like an angry animal . Not going there anymore . I can travel far away . But can not see that face again .
