This place was recommended to me, so I went and had a look. The staff were wonderful, they had all the time to answer my questions, made some fantastic recommendations for food. Safe to say I'll be going back for a regular supply for my very happy pup.

These guys have a massive range of food that will satisfy even the fussiest pet. Fresh, frozen and dry foods and treats are arranged in easy-to-understand displays and staff are always more than happy to assist.

There are not many places to buy affordable, human grade raw pet food. The food is fresh and it doesn't smell! They have a really good range of minces, bones and organs. For me this is amazing. My boy is 70kg and eats a lot. He also has a very sensitive gut and prone to allergies and coming here has greatly helped. The drive here is about the same as if I was going to the city - so it's doable. If you can make the trip out here, I tell you it is worth it. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We love visiting the Ripley store, where Tina is always so welcoming and friendly to both us and our pup! She will go the extra mile to dig through a freezer to hunt down a product for you if it appears to have flown off the shelves.
The store is generally well stocked, and the ability to order online makes shopping a breeze.
We’re sure that if Bruno could visit Tina everyday for some yummo treats, he would!

I have been visiting this place to get meat for my dog for more than a year now. Adrian and his staff are very friendly and always easy to approach any questions around pet diet needs. From my pet health and body condition , can certainly say that the quality of the meat is pretty good. Happy that they opened their franchise in Ripley. these guys have been super helpful from the start. i emailed asking about switching my cats to raw, as their range seemed mostly suited to dogs; the team responded quickly and pointed out the cat specific mixes as well as their other raw options.
i came in to the store a few weeks later to pick up some chicken bones to start off the transition process; the staff member helped me pick the most appropriate form of bone, and advised me on using seaweed to boost their dental health.
he even gave me two tubs of pre-mixed mince for cats to trial for free!

will definitely be back for more meat for my cats!

Great shop full of loads of different meats for your pets. Plus dry food, treats, and supplements. Meat is human grade and it comes as mince, chunks or diced. Plus bones and fish and crocodile. The fussiest pet will find something to satisfy them here.
