Well this is the place if you like trout. Fresh from their breeding, size per choice ( I like the small ones), hommemeade handmade wholewheat bread. Try the fish broth it is refreshing. Don't expect much from inferior design but the restaurant is in one of the most beautiful natural surroundings in the county near Ugar river.

One of the best establishments I’ve been in my life!

The fish here is beyond excellent, they source their ingredients locally from the surrounding villages and the service is amazing, we asked for the fish to be left on the fire a bit longer to be a little crispier and they brought us smaller fish but more of them than the standard serving because “with the smaller ones it’s easier to get that extra crispiness”. Unreal!

Menu limited but exceptional fresh trout right out of the river...pan fried...plus traditional potato salad. Nice veranda in summer, fireplace in winter dining room. Good, basic...perfect.
