This is a one of a kind place for the family to come and relax. The rooms are simple, but have everything you need. The food is simply amazing.

The main caretaker Melina (I think) was such a professional & caring lady along with the cook. These 2 ladies single handedly looked after this beautiful place. I am so fortunate to have been given this cottage instead of staying at the downtown Rogatica hotel. This place in Ziličina is the perfect resthouse one can ask for. Very cheap but with top notch services specifically from these 2 ladies. It was a secluded location & one can feel the fresh air surrounding you. The cottage was charming. There is a friendly dog that watches the place. Melina speaks very good English which made our stay at the cottage extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this place for a retreat or R&R

Beautiful place, completely away from city's noise. Tranquil, well kept nature, even in Bosnia rich with nature, this one stands out. Part of that charm comes from a nearby stream, which you can explore at your leisure. It definitely made me qant to wade through the water upstream and explore it further. Highly recommend coming in summer during peak heat - don't worry, this is a mountain area, where fresh breeze will keep you cool and you can always sit in a steam for extra cooling!
Food is fantastic, although menu is slightly limited. Prices are more than affordable, especially conaidering that most products on the menu are organic and locally sourced.
Owner is obviously working to imptove the place, which is commendable, even more so because he is using locally available materials and is not turning it into a concrete monstrosity. Feel that you are one with nature will will never leave you here.
Bonus is availability of local animals as a mini petting zoo. At the time of this teview they had a lamb, a foal and a mare, plus local, slightly overprotective (but not dangerous) dog.
To summarize, this is a wonderful little oasis away from city. I recommend it to everyone, especially those who want to relax. A word of warning though, this being a mountanious region, expect some strenous climbs up the hill - for me it was a well needed exercise, but not everyone is willing or able to do it. Still, ranch itaelf is on flat area, so at least you won't have no issues there.

Beautiful natural environment. Excellent place to escape, relax and enjoy in great domestic food and drinks ... you have to see it and taste it and will come back for sure

Ко није је ишао, ОДМАХ РЕЗЕРВИПИТЕ! Љубитељи природе, одмах. Рогатица је надимак, мало градић пун неке духовне лепоте, сјајних места за каву, цене изврсне, мир у души. Околина и природа Жиличине је позамашна , неистражена и чаробна. Водопади су импресивни. Фалио је само мало утабанија стаза бивших путића старе освајачке 😠римско аустр угарске војске.
Остали савршено.

Mirno mijesto, sa divnom prirodom. Kucice od drveta, sa puno autenticnih detalja u retro stilu.Domacica divna,prijatna.Kratko smo boravili,docemo opet da probamo i hranu.Topla preporuka za odmor u prirodi.

Odlicno mesto za mir i opustanje, priroda prelepa, jako uredno dvoriste, domacini vrlo ljubazni. Hrana je super.

Prijatna atmosfera uz rjeku Raketnicu u netaknutoj prirodi. Usluzni i prijatni domacini. Mnogo interesantnih detalja od drveta. Vidi se da je sve pravljeno sa ljubavlju. Ukoliko zelite da jedete dobru hranu i da se odmorite uz zvuk rjeke i cvrkut ptica obavezno svratite 🙂

Odlična domaća hrana, vrlo prijatna i opuštena atmosfera i prelijepa priroda.
