To have a look on it, you have to drive away and to look on it from the distance.

Sides of that "hill/pyramid" are too symetrical and straight and those blocks really do look like concrete looked plausibel to me

This is the earliest example of poured concrete that resembles rock.
A much later example is the facing stones that covered the Egyptian Pyramids, made to look like limestone.
The technology was lost and only recently (20 years) rediscovered by analyzing the chemical composition of the facing stones.
