Scenic views, feels like you are still living in Ottoman era. Lovely area to stroll around, eat cevapi, have coffee and do some shopping.

Excellent 👌
A wonderful city where you will enjoy the collision of architecture, Ottoman, European, post-communist, etc. You will enjoy dishes that mostly have a strong touch with Ottoman cuisine...very tasty!!! And of course the old UNESCO heritage bridge 🔝🎉

Absolutely beautiful place to visit. We only went here as an add on trip, but it ended up being out favourite excursion. The architecture is stunning, and walking through the bazaar of Most is also a fantastic experience.
It's worth stopping for food in one of the restaurants that overlook the river and the bridge.
There are also free drinking fountains where you can fill up bottles of water.

This famous old bridge was constructed during the Ottoman era. It was one of its kind, designed by the great architect Sinan and implemented by his student. It has a magnificent view in the valley. Mountains are on both side.

Absolutely gorgeous. It is very crowded and very slippery. The views are great, but there is also another bridge further down from which you can get an unobstructed view with few people. Occasionally, people jump for money, but sometimes they’re scamming you, so buyer beware. Pickpocketing is common so watch your stuff

I was glad to finally visit Old bridge/Stari Most. We got there late in night with most stores and restaurants already closed and feeling was mesmerizing walking through what looked alike old city. During the daytime we witnessed true beauty of Bridge.

It was amazing to see a man jump from the bridge!
I can recommend taking a short (10min/5 euro) boat trip from the beach to see the bridge from the river.

It's a stunning bridge. Sadly it was destroyed in the war. They rebuilt it with the same materials as the original one. The bridge is a bit slippery. And it can get insanely crowded. To enjoy it more I suggest spending the night in Mostar so you can get to see it without insane crowds of people. There are so many viewpoints in the city where you can see the bridge in various angles. It's so worth it to discover all of them.

An awesome bridge, rebuilt in 2006 after it was destroyed in the war, but originally built by the Ottomans in the 1500's.
Walking on the bridge you wouldn't know it was rebuilt.
Part of the old city, it makes for a delightful walk.

Another must do would be the boat ride on the dinghy. Located on the river bank below, costs just 10 BAM each, the most fun you'll have on the water.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Old Bridge in Mostar, and I must say, it was a truly awe-inspiring experience! This historical gem deserves every bit of its 5-star rating.

The Old Bridge, famously known as Stari Most, stands as an architectural marvel, connecting the past and present with its elegant design and rich history. The moment I set foot on the bridge, I was captivated by its beauty and the sense of heritage that envelops it. The view of the emerald Neretva River beneath is nothing short of breathtaking, making it a perfect spot for photography enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

One of the highlights of my visit was witnessing the incredible divers who fearlessly leap from the bridge into the river below. Their daring feats are a testament to both their skill and the bridge's enduring allure. The sight of these divers plunging into the water with precision and grace added an extra layer of excitement to my visit, making it an unforgettable experience.

The surrounding area is also vibrant, filled with charming shops, cafes, and restaurants offering delightful local cuisine and crafts. The atmosphere is infused with a sense of authenticity, making it a wonderful place to immerse oneself in the local culture.

I highly recommend a visit to the Old Bridge in Mostar to anyone seeking a blend of history, culture, and adrenaline-pumping spectacles. It's a destination that will leave you in awe, and the divers' daring performances only enhance the magic of this iconic landmark. Truly a must-visit destination for travelers of all kinds!

The drinks were refreshing, the views were divine and it was topped off by attentive service and great food. For us, it was the best choice we could have made for lunch and very conveniently located. You need a code to use the toilet which the waiters will provide you and the toilets themselves were reasonably clean. The eating area is kept shaded as much as possible without ruining the spectacular views. Highly recommended if you find yourself in this beautiful part of the world.

It’s really a beautiful area and a visit cannot be missed. Full of angles where you can take beautiful pictures and enjoy the magic atmosphere. A lot of markets for the tourists, prices are high but it is normal considering the area, which is very touristic. Nevertheless when I was there it was not so crowded, so at the end it was nice also to have a walk through the markets on the road to the bridge. Enjoy and don’t forget to take pictures;-)

Great day, busy place but really cool, red bull divers were jumping off the bridge when I was there. There's also a tower museum next to the bridge that was surprisingly empty considering how good it was. Tried a local beer that was very good

The bridge is completely restored after the war, but the place is so beautiful. The river Neretva has an amazing emerald green colour that gives you amazing views of the bridge.

It is very crowded, so take care with the pickpockets and pay extra attention to the guys ready to jump. They collect money, and they will jump when they consider they have enough money.

If you come from any country from the European Union, have in mind that it could take a lot of time to cross the borders. They are extremely slow. We came here from Dubrovnik, and we spent most of the time in the controls at the border than in the city

The Mostar Old Bridge is one of the main attraction in the Old Town and one that should not be missed. When we were there, some local guys were collecting money from tourists to see them dive from the bridge. We gamely gave some donation to them, and waited for them to do their stunt, which was a feat not for the faint-hearted. To get a good view of the bridge from a photography point of view, we climbed up the minaret of the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque. Highly recommended! I include some photos to share.
