Declerc Neufchâteau - Opel

Today 03:00 we went from Rotterdam to our wintersport holiday to France. On our way the car had some troubles with changing gear and we had to stop because of the light in the dasboard. We called ANWB around 05:30 and he was there at 06:00, but he couldn’t help us so he sent us to a garage 25 minutes driving from there. We had to wait till the garage opens on Saturday. 08:30 there was the guy from Francois who saved us. While he went to investigate the car for us what was going on we received a warm welcome to come and drink coffee inside. Even though he wasn't a car mechanic, and they weren't there at all on Saturday, he replaced our spark plugs and we were back on the road at 09:30! What a service!! Thanks for everything, when our faces were crying when we arrived you managed to make us jump out the door happy to continue our car trip to France.

Le personnel est dispo pour recevoir les clients et pour répondre aux questions. Ce qu'il y a à améliorer ce sont vos fauteuils de la salle d'attente qui sont usés. Et le rafraîchissement du lieu en général. Sinon le service est au top.

Très bon accueil et bons conseils pour un dépannage de clé Opel dans ce garage choisi suite à mon déménagement de Liège à Bertrix.

Je viens de retirer ma voiture du Service "Carrosserie" à Longlier. J'ai apprécié intégralement le service rendu: courtoisie à la réception, devis fondé et équitable, réparation parfaite, respect des devis et délais convenus. La voiture a été rendue nettoyée, à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur!
