Is it everything on sale or just selected items? Misleading or manipulative? Unfair or lawful?

Update after response:

No, I read “EVERYTHING 60% off”, and then in minuscule print “on selected items” which is deliberately and manipulatively done like this so that it is missed by any passer by and shopper. While the small caveat is included, I believe this constitutes an unfair commercial practice. Make an effort and be clear, drop the “everything” as it contradicts the “selected”, at least in English and I bet in Dutch as well.
Also, it’s not about how much money I spent there. So no need to be satire to your costumers.

Saying that everything is 60% off and then adding “on selected items” in very small letters is an insult to consumers and a bad faith strategy. “Everything” is very clearly not “just some” - this is basic Aristotelian logic. Your responses to previous comments about this make it even worse. Please, correct your posters.

Eind november een jurk voor mijn vrouw gekocht. Tot op heden niets ontvangen en ondanks meerdere e-mails te hebben verstuurd, wordt er ook geen oplossing geboden. Als klapper op de vuurpijl mailt dit bedrijf (van meerdere klanten die ook niets hebben ontvangen) de klantgegevens door naar het bedrijf wat verantwoordelijk is voor het versturen van de pakketjes.
