Hotel Loreto

Friendy staff, nice rooms, free breakfast and wifi. We loved our 2 night stay at this small hotel.

My girlfriends and I have been returning to the Loreto Hotel in Bruges for over 11 years now. We have always received a warm welcome from Liesbeth and her husband Hans. Continental breakfast is self-service, and your hot beverage is replenished with a smile. You can boil your own eggs, in a funky egg boiler and choose from a wide range of cereals or mix your own muesli, enjoy toast, a selection of bread and enjoy pastries, honey, yogurt, crackers, seasonal fruit and many local goodies. Try Sirop de Liège and the pates… If you let them know in advance, they can accommodate any special diet too (having said that, there is an organic shop close by, too. The word for organic is BIO. Our bedrooms are quiet, even though they overlook the cobbled streets below where horse drawn carriages pass. Luckily they don’t start until 10 am!!! Rooms have a telly and a radio. The bedrooms are made up quickly and there is always a delicious chocolate laid on your pillow from DUMON chocolate shop next door (again, mention if you are diabetic, and your chocolate will be suitable for your diet). There is a lift so no problem going up to your room. This is a gem of a hotel, with a family feel to it, and I always look forward to returning. Perfect for couples, families ... and of course for sightseeing all over Belgium too! (PS Liesbeth is a local lady and has a wide network of contacts - from dentists and hairdressers - just ask her!) Very very helpful staff. Clean hotel rooms and good service. Great location also. Perfect location with car parking nearby. Brugge can be easily covered on foot .. In case you want to visit places nearby the location is perfect. Exit from the city is easy and connects easily to the outer ring road.

It was quiet, well placed, had everything we needed for our stay including a very well appreciated fan!
The reception desk was helpful and gave us an adaptor when we forgot ours. The room was clean and comfortable, the WiFi was fast. For some reason we thought the hotel had a car park but it doesn't. However they do direct you to a car park just before the hotel which is only 8 Euro for 24 hours so this wasn't a problem at all. We would definitely return. We didn't have breakfast there but the dining area looked lovely and well set up. The little treat they give you at check out is a lovely touch.

Charming, modern hotel. The bathroom is huge in this place, unlike other European hotels. Breakfast is nice, standard European breakfast. The front desk is especially friendly and helpful in everything. Location is a short walk to the center of the city. The street the hotel is located features many chocolate and tschotskie shops. There are also a few notable restaurants nearby.

Very lovely small hotel run by a very helpful owner. Great Continental breakfast and small, but totally comfortable rooms. Location is perfect as you are not directly in the middle but on 10 min Max walk to the square, it's easy to find, and the secure underground car park opposite makes getting there by car perfect choice. Would definitely consider staying again.

1-Very good location , near everything u want ( 12 minutes walking from the station or 7 minutes walk from the centrum.A lot of shops and restaurant on this location.
2- The room has very good space and the bathroom was spacious.
3- The staff as friendly , when they arrange the room in the mourning , they left a small box of luxury chocolate Dumon.
4- The room , the hotel was very clean .
5- The hotel is classic and beautiful.
6- The problem that doesn't matter for me that at night if car pass fast beside the hotel , I feel a small vibration.

Very comfortable,clean and good service, just remember close your windows because moskitos can bother you.

Fantastic hotel

Hotel fantástico muy cómodo, tranquilo y limpio, con un desayuno muy bueno y bastante completo. Es muy pequeñito pero el trato no podía ser mejor. Nos hemos sentido muy agusto estos días aquí. En el centro. Entre minewater y la Iglesia Nuestra Señora. Muy recomendable.

Muy buen hotel, es mas de 4 estrellas que de 3. Los dueños amables y acogedores. La habitación cómoda, el desayuno espectacular y la ubicación tb!! Cómodo tb para ir con niños☺ muy buena experiencia, volveríamos.
