Such a great location for this beautiful hotel. There is a 30€ parking fee, but the rooms and hotel were very clean. They had a whole snack bar downstairs which made it easy to grab a quick drink. Amazing customer service, we will be back.

Stayed here for 2 nights in August 2024.

Amazing location opposite the belfry and market square.

Breakfast was really good. Nice selection of hot and cold items. Locally made granola and yoghurt was a highlight. Nice courtyard area to enjoy breakfast when the weather is nice.

The rooms were nice and light, comfy beds and decent shower. We booked twin rooms but this considered of 2 beds pushed together which is basically like sharing a double which isn't necessarily suitable if sharing with friends (like we were). The walls in the room had quite a few skuffs on so could do with a repaint.

Staff all very friendly and welcoming.

Overall a good stay, if a little pricey (although was the cheapest hotel of this standard we could find).

Vlatko is a very very excellent bar staff. He answered literally every question we had for us. He explained the difference between tap beer and let us know what make them special. I have to say, the hotel made me unhappy on arrival because the room wasn’t ready until 5pm. BUT VLATKO SAVED IT! Big credit for him!

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are just the right size have everything you need. Very comfortable sleep. The staff were very helpful with tourist information and friendly.
The location is just perfect. So central to everything. We didn't have a view from our room. It looked out to a wall, only negative comment
This was a nice little touch in the room for a special occasion.

Excellent location, it situates in the centre of the town, close to all the popular attraction points, cafes, bars and restaurants, clean room with comfy bed, nice view looking out of the window if you are staying in the top floor, wish there’s a coffee machine in the room.

Fabulous hotel.. loved it here .

It was A tad busy the first morning as two coach parties in at same time for breakfast and it appeared the serving staff had their work cut out in the breakfast area washing and cleaning. But was perfect the other two mornings .. fabulous food and a pleasant stay overall.

A quality hotel.

Tidy
Fresh and a great location in the heart of brugge all main attractions are less than 5 mins walk 👌

Great hotel. The room was lovely and modern, the hotel is situated in the most perfect location almost in the middle of the market square.

My only criticism the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better and needs regrouting.

Other than that this place was perfect!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. As we had an early flight from the U.K we emailed ahead to request early check in and they quickly responded advising they would if possible. We arrived 2 hours earlier than check in and were allowed into our rooms. The hotel is a stone's throw from the Belfry so you can hear the chimes which is nice. Great location and staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was perfectly nice and rooms clean and comfortable. Just be careful about leaving the window open as mosquitoes were a bit of a problem in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic find, location os perfect 5 minute walk from main square. They offer parking but also informed us of interlinking parking which was cheaper and an easy 5 minute walk away. All staff were amazing and friendly and managed to check us in early before we could even ask. Nice little self service shop and till with and array of confectionary, waters, wines and more. Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean not massive but everything you needed for a short stay. Don't normally sleep well away but here I did, great back out curtains and super comfy bed. Really can't recommend enough staff, location and rooms just great 😊

Best choice for accommodation in Brugge if you are looking for great location, quality new and spacious rooms and affordable price.
We stayed in a family room for four (23m2) with a big double bed and a bunk bed with comfortable mattresses and bedding and air conditioning and a big flat tv and a small table/chair and a closet. There were lights and electrical sockets at the head of all the beds. Good sunlight from the new and big windows but curtains kept the dark at night for sleeping.
The wc was good sized with a bathtub with pressured hot water, air dryer, shower gel dispenser in the tub, mini towels and paper cups and shampoos and shower caps.
All was perfectly clean and new and with a neutral décor.
We used the garage of the hotel for 30 euros for stay. Can't make a reservation for a spot but call the hotel when 10 minutes away from arrival and check if there is a place free. To enter the garage pass by the hotel front door and turn right and then right again to go around the building and you will find the entrance. Elevators from the garage to all lhe floors.
When we arrived in time to check-in the room was not ready and we had to wait 40 minutes. So we were offered the opportunity to have a late check-out, which is definitely a gesture of responsibility and respectful management.
Will stay here again. Can't wait to return to Brugge.
Thank you Martin's Brugge

2nd time at this hotel. Our room was very small and dark but served it's purpose. They still lack storage in the rooms and there is no tea/coffee facilities. Staff very polite and helpful and the location is perfect, just a few steps away from the belfry and the square.

Fantastic location...couldn't be more central!! New section had clean, modern rooms, very well heated, super bathrooms. Breakfast was terrific.....huge selection, well organised. Helpful friendly staff....sorted out a problem I had with a soft bed.....found another room immediately. Some other reviewers have complained about the labyrinthine layout.....but frankly, once you've done the trip to your room a couple of times, it's NOT an issue!
Highly recommended........

Martin's Brugge is in the heart of the town. Very easy to get to all the tourist sites, and a lovely walk to get away from all the tourists as well. (I suggest finding food outside of the centre - there are so many options!!)
I took a cab in from the train station, then walked back to the train station. Both took about 12-15 minutes. If you travel light I suggest walking as the town is simply beautiful.
The staff were very kind and spoke English.
Some of the reviews complained about not having extras in the room, but I disagree. There was shampoo, soap, lotion, and the room was very clean. I didn't get the breakfast, so I can't speak to that. I liked wandering the streets to find fun treats.

Charming city and really nice hotel. I would recommend to all. Location is great. The breakfast was the best we have had this trip. Our room was quite small, but adequate.

Stayed here for a mini break and would book again without any hesitation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is brilliant. Staff were really friendly particularly the team in the hotel bar.

Fantastic location next to the Belfry. Did not want to leave. Made to feel welcome on arrival. Our rooms were in the old part of the hotel overlooking the memorial church. Very quiet. Rooms were really comfortable and clean. Highly recommend

Purely due to the location I can recommend it for disabled travellers. There’s ample parking which you can pre-book underneath the hotel. Our triple accessible room was very spacious, and on the ground floor tucked away so it’s not in the busy corridor, another bonus. The doorways were widened, so there’s a generous amount of space for larger wheelchairs, and
though the carpet is luxurious, my mobile hoist didn’t struggle when transferring from chair to bed. Thankfully the bed is on legs, giving lots of space for the mobile hoist to glide underneath as I had shamefully forgotten my bed raisers, tut tut, I was so focused on indulging in chocolate that I wasn’t fully prepared! The bathroom was very well designed for wheelchair access, with even space to transfer in the hoist still inside the bathroom! The obvious hand and grab rails were in situ, along with a nice big wash hand basin at a good height, which seems a luxury as many hotels put in tiny little lowered sinks in their accessible bathrooms. The wet room shower was fine and a powerful one,
but there wasn’t a fold down shower chair or any other chair to use, so this may be an issue for other disabled visitors in future.
