Very helpful staff and they spoke brilliant English! We needed to have a covid test to get home (Dec 2021) and this pharmacy were so easy and helpful to get us done. We did not need an appointment and we were all done in about 10 minutes. Our results were emailed to us within 1 hour.

We had gotten a Covid test (for travel to the US) at a different pharmacy, and had trouble getting our results. We stopped in here to get a second set of tests - owners called first pharmacy to try to solve problem. They encouraged us to work with first pharmacy to avoid a second set of charges. That resulted in us getting a full refund from first pharmacy! We returned to Fevery-Dewitte for tests and had results in less than 30 minutes! First class customer service!

I arrived there needing cough medicine with the same active ingredient as I had been using in the United States before my trip. The pharmacist was very helpful and patient. She gave me instructions on taking the medicine even thought it was just an over the counter drug. This was nothing like the painful experience of going to a pharmacy back home.

Best pharmacy in all brugge. I hade medicine wich is not allowed in Belgium. And I went all the pharmacy's explaining my problem, but none of them really was able to help me. Only when I loost my hope, went to these pharmacy. There was a man at the counter, whichs ride away understood what I needed. Can't be more thankful, thank you so much.

La dependienta nos atendió de cine y nos recomendó muy bien hizo todo lo que puso para comunicarse con nosotros ya que no dominamos el idioma

Personnel très aimable et à l'écoute. Test COVID RAT (antigénique) rapide, et résultat avant les 2 heures indiquées. Pas besoin de rendez-vous et en 10 minutes c'était fait. Le personnel parle français et anglais.
