Super vriendelijk personeel. Wanneer ik mijn handbagage had verloren. Was ik in volledige paniek, het personeel stelde mij gerust en kwam mij direct helpen. Ik zal dit nooit vergeten. De koffie en croissant was ook lekker. Nogmaals bedankt aan allen en zeker aan mevrouw.

Au prix où on paie n café, quand on demande du canderel et qu’on répond non on a que du sucre, c’est juste inadmissible !!!

I try not to be fussy but the food was genuinely inedible. I got a big crispy chicken. The coffee was made by pressing a button and tasted real bad. I hope they can lift their game, it's the first eatery you see walking in, huge potential!

Very expensive (9,20 € for an expresso machiato and a cake) and I had to argue with an employee in order to have the coffee in a proper mug instead of a paper cup. After the employee made a lot of gruntle noise, the mug had the coffee spilled all over. When I made a remark about this, the same employee got an even worse reaction. In addition, the tables are not cleaned, they just take out the trays and probably think this is too much work for them. Typical Belgian attitude: the client is definetly not on the top of their priorities. To avoid at all costs.🤯

I asked an employee for some rubbing alcohol (which I got), but then he said "we don't use it in Belgia, which is very good. They're controlling the people, sir, you really think there's a "corona"?"

I am absolutely shocked at this, even more so after 2,5 years of this. What was his last job? Holocaust denier at the Anne Frank house?

What a rip off!

Atiende personal francés llamada “Claudia” que te corrige la pronunciación de los productos, servicio descortés con el turista que no hable este idioma sobre todo si eres de habla hispana, no lo recomiendo para nada, fue una experiencia desagradable.
La empresa debería tener cero tolerancia con los prejuicios o tipos de discriminación de sus funcionarios, sobre todo si se trata de servicio al cliente. Cómo es posible que te moleste la pronunciación de los clientes si trabajas en un aeropuerto internacional donde hay personas de todo el mundo todos los días.
Esta señora dejó en evidencia que no es feliz en su trabajo.

El café está bueno, pero el servicio es horroroso. El viernes 24 de marzo por la tarde quise tomarme un café y la camarera fue tan desagradable y maleducada que me fui a otro bar del aeropuerto.
