Excellent staff, knowledgeable about their product, and should you have an issue, their customer service is so much better than their "competition".
Only downside is that the stock locally in the shop is limited, but most is stored centrally with 1 day delivery time

Amazing service and very friendly employees!

I brought my Dyson vacuum since it was making a lot more noise then expected. There was no waiting time when we entered the store, even though it was a saturday.

I explained the problem to the service desk and he was very accomodating. We could either get a refund or exchange the dyson for another model. We decided to get another model and the entire process took no more then 5 minutes.

Initially quite annoyed that I had to go to the store to be able to use my Eco-Cheques but it happened to be one of the nicest customer experiences I have had in a while. I would still order online if I can but I totally didn't feel I waste my time because along the way, I got very useful advice on the product I bought.

I made an order online, went to store to pick up my order, there was everything well organized, social distance measures were in place. Overall, 10 minutes in store, processing my order, bringing my item from warehouse, and payment. The item I ordered was also on discount, so overall, a good experience. Plus the staff spoke English (you don't find this very often in Zaventem stores).
