Le Grand Morien

On early Saturday afternoon I had a very delicious lunch here. Of course, on mange toujours bien en France, but it was the service at Le Grand Morien that made the difference. Florian's suggestions were amazingly helpful. The food, the beer, the wine, and finally the dessert--I really loved it all. This beautiful brasserie certainly is one of the best places to eat in Dunkirk. I will come back the next time I am over there.

A lovely brasserie right next to the Eglise Saint-Etoi. It has a good variety of plates and drinks. Has a nice terrace overlooking the main square. Food was good, service was very nice too. If you are in the center I recommend.

Fish was delicious, melt in the mouth. Service was welcoming and friendly. Will visit again when I get more time, this was a flying visit.

It was really busy The Dunkirk Carnaval time. Service 4 stars because - The waiter / garcon didn't offer to wait for a table to be vacated. However really fast did a table service. The atmosphere 4 stars because it was really busy time as I mentioned below. It was Carnaval time and many restaurant guests came to drink coffee or wine. They were in no hurry to vacate the table.

Great place for breakfast. Half a baguette with butter and jam a coffee and a orange juice for only €6,50.

Too early for the tunnel, so a stop in Dunkirk brought us here. On the higher price side, but generous, delicious portions. The moules were excellent! Polite and efficient servers.

We passed by for a tea/coffee-time : very tasty! Friendly service.

Friendly professional staff, a genuine welcome. Food to the high standard one hopes for. Lovely period interior. Nice rump pave and a glass of wine for just under €20.00

Recommend the platter of seafood - excellent

One of the best restaurants in Dunkerque. The mussels are simply amazing! Also the beef tartar gratineed, the best tarter that i have tried in years! I had to ask for more bread because the sause was delicious! You have to visit this restaurant if you are in that area ;-)
