Chez Bouboule

Growing up in the country, mussels is one of my favorite dish and let me tell you; this place us very recommended. Loads of choices when it comes to mussels dishes, and excellently served.

This restaurant is right by the river in the city center and their food is amazing. They are able to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions. They have a list of all the allergens in each dish. They also understand about gluten cross-contamination and are able to prepare something gluten-free for a celiac. It is still important you communicate about this with them and ask the necessary questions. I used my diet card from Legal Nomads and they understood everything pretty well. They didn't have a dedicated frier or oven but besides that everything was possible. I had the mussles and the crème brulé 😋 both were amazing. They also offered a boiled potato in place of the fries. I really recommend this place if you are in Dinant!

Perfect venue and delicious food. There are many resto in this area but we have chosen that one and it was a very good decision. We enjoyed the well prepared food with good quantity of salad and frites. Though you have to wait a bit here its not going to be fast here. But worth spending money here. Prices are bit above normal but its a tourist area.

they serve mussel with various choices of sauces. It is very delicious. The other menus that my friends had, were good as well.

I visited Dinant for tourism. I finally found best of best restaurant.
I am sure whatever you imagine moules it will be more!! White wine is also great :)
P/S : If you are three mombers i would recommend you guys to order three same moules. Trust me. Don't miss it!!

Nice experience at Bouboule's.
We went there in July and had mussels (obviously) and they were great. Restaurant was quite busy and we sat at the terrace and enjoyed the nice sunny weather.
It is not possible to reserve seats at the terrace, but if you want a spot, you can stand and wait.
At some point the waiters make you understand that you should get the check, but the timing at the table is respectable.

Amazing food, filling portions. Although it says its vegetarian friendly it only had couple of vegetarian dishes so my other half decided to go for mussels same as I did. What a great choice it was. Definitely will return if I’m ever back in beautiful Dinant.

We took our two kids (7 and 2) to this restaurant. The view was incredible, along the river and a view of the citadel. The Ardennes mussels were amazing, and our kids loved the meatballs. Great beer selection. We went back again for our second night in Dinant. Friendly English-speaking wait staff as well.

Best restaurant we went to in Divant, hands-down. I wasn’t even hungry or a seafood fan but the food was so fresh I happily lapped up the mussels, delicious white wine and garlic cream stew and vol-au-vent. Truly impressed with the freshness of the mussels and ingredients and how they were perfectly cooked. Service was also very prompt and friendly. Kudos to our waiter! Do come by if you are in Divant and do make a reservation as it is very popular.

From food to drinks to staff to the scenery, everything was great. The place is in a bit of touristic spot, so the prices are about as what you would expect, but what i did not expect are the sizes of the portions. Absolutely loved the amount of food you get for what you pay, ate delicious food and left with a full stomach. The staff is not fluent in english, but they will understand whatever you order and say, just listen closely back as well to avoid misunderstandings. Grade A+ from me.

Great variety of mussels pots: we order the one with estragon and the taste was just amazing! The best mussels we have tried so far. They also have good wine and beer selection but, unfortunately, there is only one wine type by glass
